Small room, breakfast so and so

There are two items I would recommend improvement: First off, the hair dryer is terrible (low speed and low heat) if it were saving any energy at all-you would break even by needing to ‘dry’ your hair for 2-3 times the usual amount! Second and last-the locking door system is pretty awful. While I love having a physical lock and key, it is very old and tricky maneuver the keyhole as well as the button switch. The staff was more than able to help and very patient but it was a nuisance overall.

This is a great value for the location, full breakfast included, and courteous staff! Reusable house shoes, fresh and crisp white linens, yummy bath supplies all made this stay better. I also have to rave about their breakfast. The breakfast was just lovely, fresh Greek style with plenty of flexitarian options to start the day!

PERFECT LOCATION, CLOSE TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS. IN A SAFE NEIGHBOURHOOD, THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD WITH HOT & COLD OPTIONS. WE STAYED IN A SMALL DOUBLE ROOM WHICH WAS MODERN & SUPER CLEAN EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN .. WE WOULD 100% STAY HERE AGAIN

A little noisy, especially from the street. The room needed a little refreshing.

The location of the hotel is great, central and easy to find. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was a little simple and needed attention but otherwise it was clean and the air conditioning worked properly. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Nada

Location is really good for access to multitude of bars and restaurants and close to hop on hop off buses. The room was big enough and with the bonus of a balcony. Breakfast was limited selection of cold and hot dishes but adequate. The staff were excellent with check in and any queries we had. Would definitely look to stay there again if visiting Athens.

In general, I found everything was fine! If anything, probably the shower could be better (it is difficult not to spill water everywhere) and the door to the room could be more isolated (sleeping in was not super easy due to noise from within the hotel)

I wish the shower was a bit bigger. I am a petite person (157cm, 46kg), and I still had trouble fitting into the shower. It was very difficult to shower without the curtain touching your skin, and getting water all over the floor was inevitable every time.

All of the staff are fantastic; friendly and helpful. They were very understanding with us, after a very delayed arrival due to multiple flight disruptions. They assured us it was no problem to check-in at late hours, and they greeted us with kindness. They also helped us find our way to the KTEL bus terminal for a day trip. The breakfast is fantastic. It was an assortment of fresh fruits, Greek pastries, proteins, and drinks. We looked forward to breakfast each morning! The location can’t be beat. A short walk to both Syntagma square and Monastiraki square. There are wonderful restaurants right outside of the hotel. It can be a bit loud at night, but it always quieted down around midnight, and we did not have any troubles sleeping.

Great location! We had a balcony so that's pleasant. Breakfast was okay. Just small food variety. Cleaning lady was very nice. There was an air conditioner in the room.

Room was a little smaller than we had hoped through pictures. The shower head was slightly broken making it hard to use.

Location was great. Easy walk to any of the major attractions and sights.

the shower is very small and the use of shower curtains is not very hygienic. Given the space , the curtains are always attached to the body.

The street is very busy and on arrival there is really no place to stop the car and unload bags without blocking all of the traffic on the street. That's not the Hotel's fault, but don't plan on keeping a car with you when staying at this property.

The location is of the hotel is very central. We walked to all of the archaeological sites we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ample and excellent.

A bar 30 metres away from Hotel, could not sleep at night. On Fridays and Saturday night you can hear music and loud noise u till 0600 in the morning.

I really suggest to avoid the economy room. No air circulation. Just windows leading to the shaft with mosquito nets. Air remains stagnant in the room. Breakfast ok, but nothing special.

Hotel serve breakfast from 7am, but breakfast lady wasn't ready to offer any warm food at 7:20am, so don't go to the restaurant so early.
