The location in the old city center and closed to the beach. Anja and the staff have been wonderful, very welcoming and always available for any needs, advices and booking restaurants for us ! Great breakfast in front of the sea amazing experience and you could even use natural stairs to swing at the bottom of the house from a private area. We loved it We will come back one day

Bathroom was a bit small for four of us. Lack of hanging space. More hooks for towels would be appreciated, rather than hanging towels on chairs.

Service was exceptional. Staff went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast was huge and made to order. If we bought food at the supermarket the cook prepared it for us. Location was good. Easy access to two beaches and not far from a third. The town is spectacular. It really is like the photos. We were sad to leave. Could easily have stayed another week.:)

Just to be aware the town is pedestrianised so if you are driving you need to park either at other end of town and walk through or by the sea and come up steps. Good to know if carrying luggage.

We had the most beautiful room on the first floor with triple aspect sea views. The property is a couple of mins walk from the main town square. The balcony for breakfast has views out into the sea and the sun comes up over the mountain landscape. Very special.

Words can't capture the sheer perfection of my stay. Maria went above and beyond, making it feel like a home away from home. I cannot thank her enough for making my stay so special, it was amazing! The room itself was breathtaking, with every window framing a spectacular view reminiscent of a lighthouse. Special mention for the breakfast every morning - I am still dreaming about it!

Just something really minor - It’s the noise of other guests’ children in the morning who played in front of the terrace.

It was spacious and comfortable. Ina looked after us very well - she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and made sure we had everything we need.

It was SPLENDID! The whole experience was above and beyond the expectations we had before arriving. The location of the Camara suites is perfect right in the heart of the beautiful old town surrounded by the sea. It’s so quiet and yet a stone’s throw away from cafés and restaurants. Our unit was spacious with a kitchen where our delicious breakfast was delivered every morning at the time of our choice. The unit was spotlessly clean and the big bed was very comfortable with lovely crisp sheets. We loved using our little balcony which had a view of the whole bay. Ina who was the caretaker was incredibly helpful and charming, and made us feel very welcomed. We wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll be back.

I can not recommend this place enough!!!! All I can say is that if you want to live the experience of Andros in a luxurious and yet traditional way this is the place to be! The room was so clean and well equipped!! Everyone went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and satisfied!! We had our kids with us and what really stole my heart was how the sent a golf car to the parking lot (which is 5min walking distance) to come and pick us up and take us to their premises!!! Will definitely come back! PS: For those of you driving there, keep in mind that this place is in the heart of the city which does not allow cars within. So the best place to park is in the parking lot opposite "Alex Cinema" which is about 5min walking distance from the suites (follow the google directions for it).

A truly magical place to stay on a beautiful island. Our suite was gorgeous: very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with a breathtaking sea view from the balcony. We enjoyed going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves beneath our suite. The mansion, with its history and atmosphere, is a unique place to stay. It is quietly located in beautiful Chora, with shops and tavernas within walking distance. The service is impeccable; the hostess is friendly and dedicated, and she serves an incredible breakfast which includes fresh bread, fruit and homemade delicacies from Andros. Can’t wait to return!

Staying at Camara Suites is the ultimate pleasure! The service is top notch, Ina is delightful. The rooms / suites are very spacious, each with their own uniqueness, clean and with super decor. We have already booked to go back. A true holiday experience, with lapping water under your nose and a beautiful chora.

Camara Suites is a beautifully situated, beautifully designed boutique hotel in the main town of Andros, Greece. It's located at the far end of town, down the marble streets lined with Venetian buildings, close to the museums, restaurants, outdoor cinema, but away from the hustle bustle. In the hotel, I am familiar with only the 2 top rooms which have exceptional views overlooking a beach and the rocks from which you can dive or lounge about on. Our room was enormous with a kitchenette, sitting area, and a beautiful roof-top terrace where the most delightful breakfast was served: homemade breads, jams, cheeses, fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, meat if you prefer--all brought up to the room on a huge tray nearly as big as the lovely hotel manager, Ina. Ina is superb hostess, a vivacious, charming, energetic, and knowledgeable young woman so eager to make her guests feel at home. Well, perhaps better than at home as vacations should be at least for a time. The other room where my sister stayed has windows on two sides with a stunning view of the sea as if you're on a boat. Ina gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We brought a map that detailed the many hiking trails not too far by car from the hotel. I've traveled to Greece many, many times and have stayed in an array of hotels, and truly, this (along with the Perianth in Athens) is my favorite hotel.

Everything was absolutely perfect.Magical! I recommend contacting the hotel prior to arrival.to understand where to park and get help with the luggage as there are many steps to climb.
