Didn’t like the room as much as we did last year. It was bigger but had very little natural light, as it only had a tiny window next to the door. It’s a toilet sized window…

Second time in Mykonos Cactus, everything was great like the last time. Location is perfect and the hotel is very nice. Staff were good as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Mykonos Cactus.The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation was also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Mykonos. This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Mykonos & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed several times in Mykonos and this was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. P.S They offer free transportation to/from port/airport which saves you alot of money (if you will use a taxi).

Starting from our free ride to the hotel from the port, Myconos Cactus Hotel made us feel the exquisite experience of the island even on a (relatively) budget trip for two nights. I d like to especially thank Taxiarchis for his kind welcome and introduction of the island during the ride. We also thank Nikos and Vasiliki for the information at reception as well as the bar staff for the fulfilling breakfasts. The hotel displays one of the rare green spots in the island with an elegant (almost) botanical garden of various cactus species surrounding a refreshing pool. The rooms are designed in the traditional Myconian housing style. Ours had a wide porch to relax. The room, sheets and towels were all very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location with walking distance to the Ornos beach. There is a public bus stop in 2 minutes walking distance. The bus takes about 10-15 minutes to downtown (I d recommend renting a car and not rely only on the public transport in the island though.) The hotel arranged a transfer service to the port when we checked out, also free of charge. Thanks again for the entire experience. I d highly recommend Myconos Cactus Hotel.

Cleaning lady came round at a different time each day so we were unable to time being able to get the room cleaned on a couple of occasions.

The management and staff were extremely helpful before and during the stay. Great location in Ornos close to a great selection of restaurants, the beach and shop. The hotel pool bar offered a good selection of food and drinks. The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved our stay!

Everything was perfect, just the conditioner for hair in our bathroom was kind of expired (the consistency was damaged), and there was no hand soap, just this little details.

Excelent customer service, great location, comfortable, it was beautiful. They picked us up at the port when we arrived and they dropped us off at the airport when we left with no additional cost. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so nice. Great view, bus stop 60 meters down the road. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Cactus Mykonos. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool and gardens immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast by the pool was fabulous, fresh and the coffee was great.

Everything was wonderful!

From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time we departed, the customer service was excellent. The location was perfect, room was clean, and amenities were well maintained. The close proximity to the beach and the peaceful atmosphere made the stay there lovely. Features that were especially appealing included the 24-hour reception and provided airport/port transfer. I highly recommend the hotel to all who plan to visit the island!

There is coffee machine in the rooms which are very nice, it would be nice to have the tea option too.

I stayed at the Cactus hotel for a week as a solo traveller end of May. I was picked up by Aris at the airport, complimentary service by the hotel which is super nice, Aris was very friendly and professional. I checked in with the reception by Nicolas and Valisiki, amazing front of house. They were always ready to help in every way, nothing was too much for them. The room was beautiful and very spacious, very modern design, pleasing to the eye. The pool so lovely. Breakfast was great, again the staff, Efi and the other staff was so lovely. This little and intimate hotel is a gem. Everything is beautiful and designed very modern. Super clean at all times. What makes this place so special is the STAFF. I would like to thank each and one of them for their generous spirit of hospitality. Also, to the owner of this hotel, please really appreciate these people who are doing an amazing job to represent this hotel. When I return to Mykonos, I will stay at this hotel again. EXCELLENT STANDARDS!!!

The property is beautiful. Very scenic and picturesque. Always clean. The location is perfect, only being a 5 minute drive from the airport (the hotel offers free transfers to and from) and also 5 minute taxi/bus to Mykonos town. What makes this hotel so lovely is the staff - from the lovely receptionists, to the bar staff, every body you meet here is just fabulous. This property felt like a 5* experience for me!
