The property is beautiful. Very scenic and picturesque. Always clean. The location is perfect, only being a 5 minute drive from the airport (the hotel offers free transfers to and from) and also 5 minute taxi/bus to Mykonos town. What makes this hotel so lovely is the staff - from the lovely receptionists, to the bar staff, every body you meet here is just fabulous. This property felt like a 5* experience for me!

The breakfast choice was good and dining area very pleasant. The location was a bit risky when walking but most roads do not have pavements. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Clean towels and bedding each day were a bonus, also the fresh bottles of water in the fridge each day. Transfer to and from the hotel was supplied free of charge.

Nothing... I must say everything was superb. Although it's rated as 3 star I would say its a minimum 4 star.

Everything...hotel picked us up at the airport and returned for free. Pre booking any communication was prompt and helpful. Staff were all amazing, from housekeeping to reception and bar staff. Especially Efi.

Beautiful hotel, I loved the way this hotel is designed, everything is beautiful and relaxing, staff is very attentive to every guest, great buffet breakfast every morning, loved the pool area, the landscaped garden with real cactuses, I had fresh towels and toiletries every day, nespresso coffee machine in room, large screen tv. the lighting in the bedroom and in the hotel in the evening is very nice.

I liked everything. The minor issue was that the housekeepers reduced the number of towels each day and never changed our bathrobes. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Wonderful hotel. The property is very clean and well maintained. Nikolas and his team are adorable and very welcoming. They celebrated my birthday during breakfast with a "pancake" cake! 😀 that was very nice from them. Their breakfast is amazing, I had a Greek salad every morning! I was there in May, so it was not warm enough to use the pool, but I booked the executive suite with an outdoor hot tub, which was very pleasant at night. The bus stop to mykonos is literally 2 min walking distance from the hotel. Ornos beach is also a walking distance from the hotel.

Nothing, everything was great.

Mykonos Cactus is in a great location - it is only a short walk (10 mins) to beach clubs, restaurants and cafes on Ornos beach and opposite a bus stop that takes you directly into Mykonos Town. Our room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, clean and modern. The staff were also very helpful and friendly - they allowed us to use the pool / pool facilities after check-out for 4 hours whilst we waited for our shuttle to take us to the airport. Complimentary shuttle service (car pick up and drop off) from the ferry port and airport was a bonus! Highly recommend staying at the Mykonos Cactus Hotel.

Only being allowed one cup of tea or coffee with breakfast and then being charged 6 euros for another tea !! A lot for a teabag and hot water .

Pool area amazing with beautiful landscaped gardens . Great breakfast with excellent choice . Fried eggs made fresh on request . We were lucky to be upgraded as it was the end of season and an amazing suite was available . Our stay would have been perfect , but this took it too another level , beautiful suite with amazing views .The complimentary collection to and from port and airport was such a bonus too .. The girls on reception were so lovely and helpful.

Thank you for a great stay at your hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the time we were picked up from the ferry to check in. The breakfast was perfect around the pool with lots to choose from. The location was great for a short bus ride to town. The rooms were large and clean. We would like to thank everyone for a great stay from the gentlemen who picked us up/dropped us off, to the check-in lady, to the pool/breakfast man and women, the room attendants, and management everyone was always helpful and smiling.

We absolutely loved the stay here. The receptionists were both super lovely and very helpful. Room was huge and very clean. Bed was massive and super comfortable. The beach is 5 mins walk away. Pool area very nice and lots of sunbeds.

Honestly believe you guys nailed it. Hard to fault you on your work here. Maybe a better selection of fresh fruit or frozen berries in the morning but the watermelon was delightful. Thank you chef :)

Really happy we decided to stay here, great team and a lovely energy throughout the place. Chef served us a nice hotel breakfast and our room was fresh, nice and cool throughout our stay. We had a great sleep at night. We would return 100%.
