We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was a strong smell in the room which gave me a headache and was hard to get rid of even with the windows open. The aircon was not very strong so the room was quite hot. There were no mosquito nets. Bathroom window opened onto communal courtyard so couldn't open without others seeing in.
Location was ideal - right by the port and near restaurants, shops etc! Beautiful view of the port/sea from bedroom window. Room was spotlessly clean. Brightly coloured, quirky and cute! They were easy to contact via the app and check in/out was easy and friendly. Room was large - double bed and bunk beds, separate entrance/dressing area and bathroom. Local sweets and cold bottled water on arrival was a nice touch.

No breakfast. The hotel for the money is excellent you could not get any more central. A short walk to the port and a short walk to all the shops and fantastic restaurants.

United KingdomThe air condition was a little low even though the temperature was set to 20 degrees. The location of the property is great but if you have a car it is very hard to find parking space around the centre. We had to park at least 10 minutes away on foot.
This is a cute place in an excellent location in Ermoupolis. The room was very nice but maybe a bit expensive.

the location of the property is perfect. so close to the port and in the center of Ermoupoli. the people working at this hotel are so kind and helpful. we could lesve our luggage at the reception the whole day before getting our ferry at 16.00 in the afternoon. the day of our arrival we were able to get the key earlier than the official checking time. definitely a hotel i totally recommend! also they left us some gifts (sweets and wine)
