The room allocated was not what I expected. It was a family room with a double bed and bunk beds. Not at all the 'boutique style' shown in their photos. They were in the process of upgrading and putting new beds in all the other rooms. The shower room was tiny. There was a kitchenette with a sink but no kettle or cups etc. The balcony had a sea view, unfortunately it was over roof tops and the extractor fan for the restaurant below made it too noisy to sit out or leave the doors open.

Convenient for the ferry and all the facilities of the town. Good communication before arrival. Friendly staff.

Everything was great! The position was very good, near the centre but also near the port. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The cute interior design was the perfect cherry on top!

We chose Boutique Florence as it was close to the ferry and We enjoyed our brief stay,our room was very large with a great balcony and view of the harbour.We arrived late as the ferry was late,We had messaged Katerina who showed us to our room,she was very nice throughout our 2 days.

the location of the property is perfect. so close to the port and in the center of Ermoupoli. the people working at this hotel are so kind and helpful. we could lesve our luggage at the reception the whole day before getting our ferry at 16.00 in the afternoon. the day of our arrival we were able to get the key earlier than the official checking time. definitely a hotel i totally recommend! also they left us some gifts (sweets and wine)

Everything was amazing!!! Such a nice hotel in a great location. The room was smelling amazing and clean from the door. They treated us with wine, candies and water. Next time in Syros we will book straight away there

No tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very very firm. We had to climb three flights of stairs to our room. Luckily we are fit and had small bags. This would have been difficult for some people.

It's right next to the port, which is great, and they let us store our luggage there after checkout, since our ferry wasn't until much later! The staff was lovely, and it's very clean!

We only missed the elevator for our baby's push-chair but this was already known before we do the reservation. :)

The property is located in the city centre of Ermoupolis with direct access to the port(3 minutes walk) and close to all the bars, restaurants and the old town.

We found our only minor issue was the bathroom door caught a little bit, but it was still easy to open, and stayed closed.

Rooms were spacious and attractive, the views were lovely, and location was central in Ermoupoli. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilitated extra requests (storing our luggage whilst we waited for a ferry) Beds were comfortable and WiFi and air conditioning were reliable.
