Bed is uncomfortable (springs into back). No reception & no check in instructions (luckily got a whatsapp number from a previous guest checking out so process went smooth for us). Bathroom didnt feel clean. No wifi.

There was a clicking noise in the room during the night possibly from a fuse box and the fridge was very noisy.

Large room with fridge and kettle. Bathroom was clean. Sheltered balcony in the shade and the room was cleaned once during our 4 night stay.

The property manager didn’t give any instructions to getting into the property and never replied when I messaged to ask. We found the key in the door to get inside & the bed was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs.

The bathroom was a bit too dirty, but I have just stayed for one night so it was not that annoying. The towels had some dirty spots, maybe they should be replaced with new ones. The AC did not work, but the weather was nice, there were wind, so it does not really mattered.

It was quite and also good for one night. The check in and check out is easy.

Poor wi-fi connection.

I’ve reserved accommodations for 2 people, but they offered me room for 3 people for the same price, it was unexpected and excited. Perfect location of accommodations for such a price. There are also hair drier, good air conditioning and some dish for preparing food. Moreover, I want to thank housemad Meriem who tries to keep accommodations as clean as possible.

The communication with the landlor was not possible using booking because he didn't see and answer the messages and he doesn't understand English very well. The frigde was old and rusty. There weren't cooking utensils so we couldn't cook.

Not well maintained. Rusty fridge racks, poorly fixed towel holder. Balcony door opens half way only. Clean enough floor; however, it could be better swept, there was sand by the floor edges There was a kettle, but no coffee or tea sachets Wifi did not work at all. Staff were helpful but blamed it on the windy weather. Which is possible but my 4g was still working...

Bottled water in the fridge (tap water not drinkable in the island). Single-wrapped juice, jam and crackers, for a quick morning nibble. Pegs and washing line for wet towels/ bathsuits in the balcony. Late night check-in (21:30).

They stole my earbuds after cleaning the room when I wasn't in there. I tried to call them, no answer. There is no wifi, even though they say there is. The shower is very small and blocked. It's always a mess when showering.

The manager is very unprofessional, and really made me uncomfortable as he walks around shirtless and is smoking right in front of the property. There is no check in process or no way to get In contact with the property. The best is HORRIBLE, you could feel the springs in the best. The shower curtain was moldy and overall just very un clean. To top it off, the A/C started leaking on our bed! We ended up finding other accommodations

The beds were very uncomfortable. Also, we’re staying at the flat on the ground floor and the door had a hole on it. There was supposed to be a lock in the hole. So instead of a normal lock the room was locked with a slider with an actual lock.

The staff is very friendly (Nikos in particular) and close to the port by walk.

DON’T BOOK THIS! We arrived and there was no one there to help us. We called and called and soon someone arrived to let us in the room. And the room was really bad. No lock on the door, and also a hole in the door so you could see into our room (we had the room on bottom floor). And we called to try and change room but then he didn’t answer and when he answered (after many calls) he just said he couldn’t do anything and just hung up on me. When we left we tried to call and se where we could leave the keys and also then it was almost impossible to reach someone that could help us.

the owner attempted to lure one of us to go for a moped ride with him to get food or alcohol. very uncomfortable and he wouldn’t give up.

Some hours before arriving the owner communicated that I was going to be relocated to other apartments. The apartment I booked was in the city center (Blue Rooms) and the ones I was relocated to were far away outside the city. I had to book a car to move around because I have an injurie in the leg and couldn’t walk to the city several times a day. When the owner picked me at the port the arrival date he took me to the apartment by motorbike, he didn’t offered me a helmet and we were carrying all my luggage on the motorbike with us, I felt very scared as we almost fall a couple times. I asked him to book a taxi for me but he refused. The apartment I was moved to was super dirty with excrements on the bathroom, the bathroom sink was broken and was leaking, no wifi, insects of all kind…I have many photos and videos showing the conditions of the apartment. The last day I asked the owner to book me a taxi to come back to the port because I had to return the car before leaving the room and I got no response from him.

I complained to Booking.com about this property immediately upon arrival and asked to have our payment refunded. After our initial encounter with the owner and inspecting the (uncleaned) room, we did not stay there and was helped by Mirette M. to find alternative (and more expensive) accommodation. She assured us our payment would be refunded in full. This has still not happened – we have so far only been refunded 6 out of the 10 booked nights. We obviously still expect to receive the outstanding amount. The payment for the alternative accommodation has already been charged by Booking.com.
