Newly renovated hotel room. Very clean and modern. In a great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Christos was amazing at making sure we were comfortable and happy. He assisted with arranging us a rental car for a visit to villages and beaches around the island. Included breakfast was great. Many options and great value.

It was a bit hard to find at first because there is no sign at the front of the property, but rather at the side entrance by the stairs going up. It would have been nice if coffee was provided.

The suite was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. The location was fabulous. The suite was very clean and they provided cleaning services every day. Bed was comfortable. Christos was very good with communication and responded quickly. His father was on site every day and lovely to deal with.

The accommodation was nice and modern and had a lovely balcony.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, near the main shops and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was at a local cafe and bar, which was the perfect location, overlooking the water. Thank you to Christos and his dad, who went over and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay.

Needed more kitchen utensils a sharp knife and bowls etc if you did wish to cook. Needed more storage space for clothes and suitcases.

Nothing.. this was (for us at least) the perfect location..

This is our third time to Naxos and I wish we had stayed at Blue Heart the last two times.. Blue Heart is awesome, close enough to town, a 5-10 minute walk to the main town for dinner (two amazing restaurants are under 5 minutes walk), and even closer to the main Chora beach.. Perfect location. The room we had was perfect.. Great shower, little kitchenette, great bed, with the room cleaned every day.. And the balcony was perfect for an evening drink still in the sun, or for the first coffee of the day with breakfast. There is a great supermarket two doors away, and an equally great bakery two minutes walk in the other direction. But it is Christos and his family that really make the place special.. He could not be more helpful and always with a huge smile (even when we lost our keys, thankfully we found them the next day). Christos has a lot of local friends so can help with the best recommendations for restaurants, boat trips, best beaches, or I would guess anything you need. If you read this, and Christos has availability don't look anywhere else, book now, you will not be disappointed.

Cute little place in a great location. Has everything you need and Christos was a great host, went out of his way for us and decorated the room as a surprise for my daughters 21st birthday- which was a very nice gesture- as well as the bottle of wine. He also gave us a run down of places to go and things to do on the island which was much appreciated.

The suite is a little far from the port (around 12 min walking) to walk with luggage, so it's not in the main street where all the restos and action are.

The owner is really helpful and nice. It is really clean and there is a nice balcony. The included breakfast is a special menu in a nearby restaurant, where the food was really good and complete !

We spent 11 wonderful nights on this beautiful island and stayed with Christos, in the Blue Heart Luxury Suites. Due to the length of our stay, we decided to avail of the larger one bedroom apartment. We were not disappointed! The apartment was so clean, really nicely decorated, very spacious and had a large balcony. It’s only a few meters from the beach & a 5 minute walk to the town. Christos is a very friendly, kind and helpful to his guests. To be greeted daily by his warm smile & happy vibe, was always a treat.

I don’t even know where to begin. We were torn between booking two hotels and the reason we chose Blue Heart was solely because of the fact that Christos, the hotel manager, was named in every single review. We were not disappointed. Christos was so helpful and kind. We spoke via phone a week prior to arrival and he ensured we had transportation booked and he kept me feel confident and relaxed. He was there to greet us with the biggest smile ( it doesn’t hurt that He’s easy on the eyes) and he gave us maps, pamphlets and sent me paragraphs of recommendations around the island. The room was exactly as pictured and he cleaned it daily between 11-3pm. We had fresh towels and a clean room every night upon our return which was great and he always advised via WhatsApp when he would be entering the room. He was responsive within minutes when we had questions about literally anything. The location itself is about a 15 minute walk from the port 5-10 minutes from the start of all the restaurants and bars and only two blocks away from the beach. We tried so any incredible restaurants and Christos recommended some of the best Greek food we had ever had. After coming from Mykonos which was purely a party destination, the little oasis the Blue Heart / Christos has was an incredibly relaxing and beautiful experience. I 100% recommend staying here.

Our room was beautiful, clean and well kept. Only a 10-15 min walk from ferry (with luggage), and 2mins to the main beach. Christos the host was amazing. He gave us a very extensive list of things to do in Naxos, including restaurants, beaches and other activities. We had a faux pas with our checkout, but Christos was very accommodating and helpful. Would 100% recommend and stay here again.
