Eleftheria and the rest of the staff are so helpful for everything. Perfect location,the interior design of the property, breakfast area is giving you a different unique style to enjoy your moments with a selection of what you would like to eat. Fresh orange juice and good quality coffee. Also in the bathroom the shower and hand gel are quality as the mattress.

We felt generosity. We could take water bottles without charge, I could come down for breakfast and have coffee and a little bake and later come again and have breakfast. It's not obvious. The lady working the breakfast wad so nice and just wanted to please. The young lady at the front desk who's name I couldn't pronounce, but can call her Drorit 😁, was also so amazingly nice, welcoming and helpful. The room was great. It was a triple. Location was great. Very very clean. Great design Thank you for great hospitality

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The breakfasts are outstanding. The hotel management is friendly and attentive. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

I would have appreciated self-service for breakfast. The hotel only offers breakfast served at the table upon the guests’ choice. This means that you have to wait your turn when there are many guests in a row

Location abit far up from seafront by walk, however lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Pillows are very very hard. Bed is comfy though.

Great location in the middle of the city, with easy walking distance to all Thessaloniki attractions. The room is comfortable, the breakfast in the hotel coffee shop fantastic. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helps with anything one need. I would definately stay in the hotel again.

Unfortunately sometimes the hotel is fully booked. But I guess that's a good sign and kind of an appreciation for good work. So keep it up!

One of the best hotels in Thessaloniki. It's centrally located in a rather quiet side street. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Many bars/restaurants and sightseeing features are not far away and you walk only 10min to reach the beautiful promenade. There is a 24h reception as well. If you need any help just feel free to get in contact with the employees. Everybody there is really friendly and cheerful. I definitely recommend this place.

Welcome on arrival with tea and pastries was a personal touch . Staff helpful when asking about local buses. Location on a side street so quiet. Coco mattress was incredibly comfortable

I liked everything.

I liked everything. Nicely styled room. Clean sheets comfortable bed. Plumbing worked well, no smells, plenty of hot water. The breakfast was tasty. Mainly greek food, but thats a positive when im on vacation in Greece. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely make this hotel my first choice if i go back to Thessalonika. Tips. No need to take taxi from airport. Just get bus to town centre, and follow the bus in on google. A stop is about 100m from hotel. I ate at kalouna restaurant nearby both nights. Great! Probably best to eat early ... Its popular. Its a short stroll from waterfront. History fans should check to see if the ww2 fletcher class destroyer museum ship is open
