The reception needs a new coat of paint and new chairs

Good location, next to many bus lines, including one to the airport. Wonderful, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, with a small fridge, a kettle a good bed, and a great shower.

The breakfast was a bit confusing, it wasn’t buffet style and we couldn’t just take whatever we wanted or go back up for more, we had to fill out a form of what we wanted and tick some boxes and the girl brought it over. In saying that it was the nicest breakfast I had in my entire two weeks trip staying in 3 different hotels throughout Greece :)

The staff were soooo friendly, all of them very very nice and helpful, we really enjoyed interacting with the staff :)

The blinds are not entirety blocking the light in the morning. The soundproofing is average and the room doors make a very loud noise when closing.

They upgraded us to a "junior suite" and we were happy with the size of the room. Big shower with a lot of water pressure.

Open bathroom concept is not something we fell in love with, we were 2 friends and although we are comfortable with each other it would be definitelly preferable to have bathroom as separate room. Not an serious issue though

Absolutly lovely stay, Eleftheria at the reception was probably the kindness person we have ever met, very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Helped with every question and suggested solutions for complicated requests. Room was clean and had everything one may need, balcony was lovely and we enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was excellent, great food, many choices, nicely served, very kind stuff. Hotel has cooperation with parking very near by, wich is safe and has fair price. We were pleased by services and hotel amenities as well as cute decor.

The Blue Bottle Boutique and its sister hotel, The Maroon Bottle were a lovely welcome to Thessaloniki! Staff were so gracious and several spoke English, which was quite helpful. Our bed was comfortable, the area was quite, and the room stayed cool with air-conditioning in spite of the residual heat of early September. The location was a little bit from the action around the port, but great restaurants and interesting sites were within comfortable walking distance. I think the best part was the Blue Bottle's delicious breakfast and accompanying hospitality. Would recommend!

Parking situation is awful. There is a private parking lot nearby, but it was full the 2 times we tried. Parking on the street is impossible as there are no free spaces. The ladies at the checkin desk provided a few parking places, 10-15 minutes by foot, but for 2 of them you have to leave the car key with them, and the third one is quite expensive( we paid 18 eur and 22 eur for parking from 20 till 11 for 2 different nights). There are 2 available parking places in front of the hotel, they mentioned the spaces are only for check in/ check out, but they were both full the second day, with the mention the drivers have parked just for breakfast and they leave, but they were parked from the night before. So maybe these are not for all the guests but only for some.

The air conditioning could have been a bit more efficient but it was adequate for sleeping so a minor point.

We loved the decor. Our room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower was powerful and the cubicle a decent size. Reception staff were very smiley and helpful. The street wasn't that exciting but it was a short walk to lovely bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Thessaloniki.

The breakfast is very basic but overall good. The elevator is a bit small so might be problematic for parents with strollers or people with wheelchairs.

Amazing and pleasant staff! Accepted keeping my luggage safe for one night when I went on to metoera. The location of the hotel is very good and at the center of all the attractions that thessaloniki offers but is in quiet place. You can walk easily for all attractions. The room is good and very clean, has everything you need. Would totally recommend coming here:))

There is little sound insulation. The bathroom set-up is not ideal: we had to brush our teeth right where we took our shoes off and there were no sleepers provided.

The location provides quick access to restaurants and shops. Parking is available 2 minutes away. The breakfast is varied and tasty.

Would prefer to see a breakfast laid on buffet style so I can choose quantity and see - find it strange being given a list to tick

Love the room with balcony - was given a room with separate sitting area this time which was wonderful. The beds are really the most comfortable ever and brought me back for a second stay . Fresh orange juice on offer for breakfast is a nice touch.

The room was way smaller than in the picture. Not filthy, but not very clean either. THE WIFI WAS VERY BAD. In my room, and hallway was spotty to non existent. The lift is very small. Two people can barely squeze through.

Location was good, bed was confortable, and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was custom made, this would be an advantage because it was fresh, but also not very varied. The room had AC and temperature was ok.
