Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

What a great find. Gorgeous boutique hotel. Lovely pool area and lots of places to sit and chill. Loved being able to eat all meals in any area around the pool. Breakfast was really good and had a couple of very nice dinners too. Very nice modern bedroom, comfy bed and lots of lights and sockets suitably placed. Great bathroom too. Would definitely return if we go back to Andros.

Blue Bay is a lovely small resort. Our room was large and very clean. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. Relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of the coast to enjoy while having breakfast. Location is very good. It is a 15 minute walk into Batsi with lots of restaurants and cafes.

United StatesOur stay at the Blue Bay Village was nothing short of spectacular. To start, while doing our research, the location and pricing were great! The photos and offerings were so helpful in making our decision. Leading up to our trip, George delivered excellent customer service by messaging back and forth with me through the Booking.com portal, answering many of my questions and even organizing a taxi to pick us up from the ferry port the morning of our arrival. Throughout our entire stay, George was available, friendly, helpful, and very kind. We arrived quite early, several hours prior to check in time, yet George offered us the breakfast buffet and held our bags while we explored the nearby beach. They even loaded our luggage into our suite for us when the room became available before we’d returned. The staff were all friendly and helpful, giving us information about the hotel, our stay, and the surrounding areas and town. Our suite was clean and perfectly set up for us. We loved our suite - it had a lovely balcony on the ground level as well as an ocean view. Each room has AC as well as blackout curtains on each window for a wonderful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet included in our stay each morning was such a lovely touch and very delicious. We ate at the gorgeous pool in the rising sunshine and it was the best way to start our day every morning! Water bottles, alcoholic beverages, and specialty coffees are also available for a small fee. As mentioned, the location of the hotel is brilliant. It’s a 2minute walk to a nearby secret beach club with beds and umbrellas for purchase (our favorite spot during the trip) and it’s about a 25minute walk into the main town of Batsi. The walk into town is moderately strenuous with hills and inclines but the views off the cliffside are unbeatable! We made this walk there and back every day, sometimes twice a day.

We loved breakfast. The coffee was excellent, great fresh fruit and bread, also really liked the eggs (omelettes). I would only include an orange juice machine. That would make it perfect! The staff were amazing, very friendly, with a very positive attitude and very efficient (and kind). We loved the room’s decoration and design. The view of the sea, the fact that they will clean our room everyday when we were out. The hotel has the best landscapes, sunsets and views, the pool is lovely. It was great for our children too. We also found the food amazing and tasty. We have the best memories now and cannot wait to come back another time. Thank you!

CyprusIt would have been nice to have variety in the breakfast. Every day it was the same so it would be nice to change a few of the options from time-to-time. I wished the menu had more Greek basics as we would have liked to eat there more often if they had better Greek food.
