You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, near the city center, bars and restaurants. Super clean, all the necessary kitchen tools, laundry machine, detergents. Efi was very accomodating. We enjoyed the fresh fruits basket gift at our arrival.

Altough it has this location is very quite and you cannot hear the music from restaurants. Ms Efi is very nice and she answers right away if you have any question or problem. We will definetly choose again the apartment.

BulgariaBianca suites is a great place, if you want to explore Chalkidiki and the beautiful city of Moudania. It's located in the city centre of Moudania, 5 mins from a great beach. Around the house there are multiple cafeterias and restaurants. You can freely park your car on the street. The apartment itself was very clean and modern. You have absolutely everything that you need for a pleasant stay. Efi is a wonderful host and person! She was there for us all the time, ready to answer our needs! I highly, highly recommend Bianca suites!!

The host was extremely nice, friendly and available. We had a problem with the shower (not their fault, neither our - things like this happen) and was fixed immediately. There was ice cream in the fridge and fresh fruits and water. In the house there is everything you need and the flat is all new! The location is perfect -in the heart of the city center and still in a quiet street. And the beach is 7 minutes by walk. Totally recommended!

Efi was so helpful and friendly, she didn’t mind to bring me the key on the middle of the night as I arrived in 3 am and she was always one call away. when I left - she even drove me to the bus station! Can’t wait to come back. Definitely recommend to stay here to anyone who wants to explore beautiful Greece and Halkidiki.
