The food we ordered at the pool didn't meet our expectations. The balcony area of our room didn't feel that cosy even though it had an amazing view. Felt like the A/C hit us in the face while sleeping. Maybe there are some settings to adjust there for it to not do that.

The hotel is on the side of the mountain and has an amazing view over Kalamata city and the coastline. The room balcony, as well as the pool area, had the same view. The staff was friendly and the pool area spacious. The breakfast was okay.

TV was no Smart-TV and too small, room carelessly furnished (no couch, although there's enough space) and not quite cozy, bathtub not deep enough, water not really hot, tables for breakfast a little small, floor in the room was not 100% clean, glassed railing on the balcony was dirty...

Great location up the hill with a fantastic view over the city and to the sea, comfortable large bed, staff really kind and helpful, good food for dinner, room service, nice large balcony with a fantastic view, nice pool with a great view, mini market not far away!

Great breakfast lots of choice and very fresh. Big balcony with great view of ocean and Kalamata. Very close walking distance to a good restaurant . Nice big pool area. Great value for your money.

Room had a couple of little maintenance issues that could have been rectified in a few minutes. Could have had ironing board and iron in rooms. No tea or coffee things to be able to make yourself a hot drink in the room.

Clean, spacious and extremely comfortable rooms and other areas such as the restaurant and dining areas. Large outdoor pool with plenty of seating on the patio area.

amazing view, the room was clean and spacious with a big balcony with view to the sea and the city of Kalamata. The breakfast was very rich with omelets, bacon, and local varieties of pies(fruits included)

It was cold in the hotel, fortunately except for our room. The interior of the hotel room needs and urgent upgrade. Although everything was clean in the hotel, the room (at least the one we had) was outdated. I think when the staff is going to upgrade the rooms to a modernized design hotel, it will get ratings of 9 to 10 :-)

The room was SPARSE. No safe, only one outlet that was usable for charging our devices. The room smelled of smoke, which didn’t make us want to change rooms, because smoking is typical in Greece. There was no bottled water without purchasing it, not even one bottle.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating as far as they could be. The breakfast was very good and the staff there was very attentive. The view from our room was incredible!

Initial confusion over booking at reception which could have been dealt with by owners more diplomatic.

Other than some initial confusion regarding the booking, whereby I had booked two rooms for two couples, we were told that each room was booked for one person, requiring an additional €10 per room per night, everything was brilliant.

- 'superior' rooms with bathtub instead of shower (& no shower curtains) - small repairs needed almost everywhere - pool is not clean, even though the pool roboter ran for 3 hours - pool area was cleaned for the weekend (probably due to a big celebration) - got served complimentary water that turned out not to be complementary at all

- breakfast had a good variety and quality - they handled a complaint promptly - view is super

It should have been a 10/10, but for one thing which I believe needs addressing. The shower is in the bath and there are no shower curtains, hence the floor gets covered in water and with no grab bars or safety rails, it’s very easy to slip and fall on the wet tiles.
