There were no English tv channels. A sun parasol would have been very useful on the patio, it was exceptionally hot, above average temperatures and had to go inside our room to escape the sun.

The food buffet was plentiful and good. We were AI we loved the ice cream and pizza served every day by pool bar. Drinks were great and absolutely lovely Maria who went out of her way to ring people she knew for pedicures we wanted. Cleaning lady came every day and went to find a mattress topper as I found bed to firm & had back ache after 2nd day. We were delighted to get free room upgrade to honeymoon suit on arrival, so big thanks to Vassa on reception 🥰 we got a corner suit with bigger pool & patio. Location was perfect, with plenty of shops & restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The pool area needed more umbrellas and maybe a couple more sunbeds. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but perhaps that is just down to my taste. Water not being provided in the rooms or at breakfast was a shame

I definitely booked 2 beds, but was given with one double and proposed to pay extra for the upgrade to the room with 1 double+1single bed, we managed somehow, but first impression was spoiled. The beach is not best, so either rent a car or pick room with a pool. We had the one with jacuzzi, which we never used. Taste of the tab water is strange. Drinks in a restaurant are quite simple or had "chemical" taste, only fresh orange juice was ok for breakfast. Strange option with special dinner, just the same food from the regular lobb, but served on the rooftop (nice area normally closed - why?). If you think on special event like birthday or romantic dinner - it is not what you need, go to the restaurant.

Nice calm place, you need a car to reach better options, the good thing is that it is very cheap and you can spend days exploring Rhodes, also tourist bus stop is nearby. Food is ok, nothing fancy. Furniture and facilities are acceptable (except of a shower, which is below expectations). Our room was big, large terrace with jacuzzi and nice view to the big pines (?) and buses with flowers, from the distance you can see the sea.

Honeymoon room was dated and looked worn had smokey smell so we asked to move. New room they gave us was alot better and felt newer. Breakfast was ok.

Meals in the dining area looked and felt like being in a cafeteria. No ambiance and food was mediocre. The location was on a busy road.

The pool and loungers at the honeymoon suite were great. Bed was comfortable. Staff were wonderful.

The hotel is a little tired and in need of some refreshing. The pool bar where people spend a lot of time often was short on equipment and even glassware. The staff here were excellent.

The only negative we had was we stayed for 11 nights and the mattress could’ve been softer.

The hotel was amazing! The staff really made the hotel, anything you asked for they worked hard to make sure you got it. Vasilia on reception was fantastic in advising what to do in the area and cheapest ways to get around. The chefs and waiting staff were brilliant, attentive and friendly. And George on the bar was superb! His drinks were strong and he made every night fun for us. We had the honeymoon suite with the pool and it’s well worth the extra cost even though it’s still great value for money. Would stay again!

The evening meals could have been nicer, the variety was good and for the price we paid maybe we can not complain too much but the evening meals were very bland and felt like they had just reheated frozen food. The bed mattress was very firm and as a side sleeper not so comfortable.

We booked the honeymoon suite in October and the room did not disappoint, good size room and the private pool was just what we needed. Breakfast was very good selection and lunch was good option to keep us going and soak up the very strong cocktails.

Unfortunately we found the beds very hard and uncomfortable and they were all the same. Ended up sleeping on a cushion from a pool chair.

The hotel is a good size and good location, very clean and food was very good, large variety. Staff friendly.

The room was very old, Our mattress was very old, the springs were visible. There was no flow in the shower big head. Located 10 min by car from the center. The Dinner was not tasty, but breakfast and lunch were good.

The staff was very friendly, there was a pool in the room, the beach was nearby. 10 min from Lindos by car. Value for money

Paid extra for honeymoon suite. Got nice room but no rose petal or champagne as advertised in pictures.Lack of wow factor. When queried told pics just for show.....false advertising. When questioned, we received a bottle of wine, but we got that in all-inclusive anyway . Fridge in room, not mini bar. Would recommend paying for basics and requesting room upgrade if possible as lots of rooms with pools. Got charged for honeymoon suite despite it not being this. People in the next room paid for the deluxe and got the same room layout.

Food plenty of variation. Drinks recommend pina colada. Staff friendly. Private pool a big plus. Meal at top roof top bar recommended. Friendly bar staff Would recommend as a hotel but see note didn't like.

What I didn't like was that the first day we checked in the room looked like it hadn't worked at all for quite some time - there was a problem with the air conditioner - it didn't work, a technician had to come to fix it, the room was dirty there were hairs along the bed, the towels were of yellow spots. They gave us new ones which were also not ok. It wasn't until the next day that they cleaned the room and changed our towels. This happened to the towels twice more - there were yellow stains on them. The balcony was not clean at all, and was not cleaned until the end of the stay. One day at lunch we came home and wanted to take a shower between the beach and the food, I only needed 5-10 minutes to get ready, the maid came and I told her to come in a bit.So he did he came after he saw us going out for lunch but when we came back - dirty towels, the diaper looked like it had fallen on the floor it had black and gray streaks and also when changing it there were yellow spots on it - this was the third time with dirty towels and cleaning problems. I went down to the reception and showed the things, the lady was very kind and immediately responded to solve the problem, for which I thank her very much!

I like that the hotel is near to the sea 5-6 minutes walk. I liked the delicious food, although there are not many options for vegetarians - sometimes only a side dish - peas with carrots or stewed potatoes and of course spaghetti with tomato sauce, but it was ОК. The cafe was Ok too. The wine and beer were also nice , as was the view from the room. Good location near the public transport stop for the city of Rhodes. One big thanks to the ladies form Reception. Good roof bar with nice view.

The upstairs terrace bar is a good idea but not fully utilised (cocktails only). The food could be improved but it is AI on a budget and eating out is good for a change. Air con wasn't the most effective.

Great hotel, the rooms with private pool are worth it! Nice outdoor bar for the evenings. Food okay and plentiful with some variety and choice; salad and pasta always available but otherwise quite repetitive.
