We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe didn’t book breakfast as the hotel was close to bakeries but it looked and smelled great! The hotel was about 10 mins walk away from the Old Venetian Port and Old Town which was buzzing with restaurants, and about 10 mins in the opposite direction from Nea Chora beach which offered slightly more chill restauranting. The hotel also offered off street parking right outside the property, it was a little tricky to get out of but it was very useful. It felt very safe staying there and secure when coming back late. Big shout out to the receptionists who were always friendly and who had great suggestions for us, there were there early and late- we once got back at 11:30pm. Our room was super clean and we logged into Netflix easily!

Very clean and neat hotel with large rooms. Shower space was also large. Front desk personnel were very helpful. The beach was about a seven block walk.

NetherlandsThe room was sparkling clean and cool by the time we checked in. This is something we hadn’t considered before since we aren’t used to high temperatures, but greatly appreciated. Our plane was late but we were greated with a smile and free water. Even at the end, they wouldn’t charge us for the mini fridge water we used - everyone was super nice. The room itself was super spacious, had a balcony and the most comfortable bed you could imagine. I am a very light sleeper but I slept like a baby as it was super quiet. The location is quite central so we just left oir car in the parking and walked everywhere. We haven’t tried the breakfast but we will next time, as I’m sure we’ll be back.

Excellent breakfast. Shower room is wide and good pressure. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Electricity and a/c always working which is nice. Private parking lot which much needed in this crowded area. Staff was very kind and helpful.
