We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Just fabulous if you’re looking a traditional Greek family run hotel in the centre of Rhodes Old Town. Katarina and George so welcoming - a lovely start to our Rhodes and Symi holiday. Great breakfast in beautiful garden. Our room was small but fine for a couple of nights and very clean. Loved it there!

IsraelIt would have been nice to have amenities like a television in the room, but the other advantages of the hotel more than made up for it.
Our stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The hotel is situated in an amazing location, close to all the central attractions, and the area is just charming. The rooms were very comfortable, making us feel right at home. We are grateful to the staff for their exceptional service and for all the help they provided in every way they could. Additionally, the breakfast was very delicious and varied. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to stay.

This is an older heritage building…400yrs old , as to be expected the rooms are a bit smaller but fine, also in the heart of the old town…it is beautiful…and peaceful Constantina & George make you feel so welcome…you can walk everywhere…the breakfast -fresh fruit salad and Greek yoghurt plus juice, cheese & meat, salad on the terrace is delish…and coffee is great…George kindly gave us a lift to the marine gate of the city wall…

United Kingdomwe loved the room it was small but authentic and perfect for our needs. We had a balcony, the room was very clean as was the bathroom which was quite modern. The shower was small so if you are a large person you may struggle, but we found it lovely. The breakfast was amazing, all the staff were friendly, helpful, polite, from the cleaner to the breakfast ladies and the shopkeeper just out side XX we would definitely recommend for location for a short break in Rhodes old town.

United KingdomThe range of facilities in the room matched those of upmarket boutique hotels but with a genuine rustic charm rather than metropolitan flash. The staff were a font of honest and useful information and guidance, which we did well to heed.
A very pretty family owned hotel tucked away in a quiet corner of the old town, only a few paces from the street of the knights. The garden is an exquisite place to have breakfast, which is extremely generous and charmingly served. We were made to feel like guests of the family, which is the ultimate accolade in the true meaning of hospitality.

United KingdomWe personally did not like the frosted glass door to the en suite and felt it was a little too modern for the historical building.
The location of this charming hotel was excellent with friendly and very accommodating hosts. The bed was comfortable, and both the fridge and air conditioning were definitely welcome. The Greek meze style breakfast was served in a delightful pretty terrace courtyard under the shade of lemon trees and other exotic plants. It was a wonderful way to start the day. The complimentary water and wine were a nice surprise.

IrelandBreakfast was a little late in starting at 8.30am, if you are doing any tours. It would have been helpful to have been collected or dropped to Liberty Gate with their golf buggy. I know this isn't advertised but it was a little tricky with little ones and a suitcase.
The staff were delightful. It is a beautiful old building in the centre of the Old Town but it is very quiet at night. The breakfast was amazing, such an array of options.
