Staff was excellent in all areas; extremely helpful. Was having problems getting boarding pass and they were very patient with me. Very clean, comfortable beds.

The people who work at Athinais hotel are the most kind, thoughtful and helpful people you will find in Athens. We had a mix up with a reservation and they fixed the problem with grace and generosity. They embody the Greek ideal of Philotimo. In addition, the room was sparkling clean, the property is in an excellent location and the breakfast was delightful. Athinais is a wonderful, family friendly hotel in a central neighborhood that offers a taste of real Greek hospitality.

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff were amazing. They even packed a breakfast for me because of my early flight. Room was very spacious and my balcony’s view was really nice. I also liked the area and it was close to tube stations.

It is a little walk 5 to 8 minutes to the nearest metro station or bus stop. Flat ground and easy walking though. Well lit at night. Around 15 to 20 minutes to Syntagma.

Very comfortable room. Ensuite facilities were clean and roomy enough. Balcony was big enough to sit out on. Great breakfast and good value food available from the restaurant. Quiet at night and very friendly helpful staff.

Athinais It is such a great hotel, and the Staff is very kind, and that made it all, Mr. Thomas was accommodating and also he makes the best-iced coffee. I am very happy I stayed at Athinais, felt safe, and everything was amazing. Just a small recommendation a Pool and renovated Elevators would be wonderful. The rest is just perfect. thank you

Good location by Metro. Clean hotel and very nice staff. The cafe downstairs was has very good food for a hotel.

The room looked a bit dated.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind. The breakfast was really well. Although other people commented that the street outside was loud, i did not hear much with the balcony door closed.

Elevators were really old and one was not working properly, it even opened on us as we were going up to the 6th floor, and opened onto an internal wall, which was a little scary. After that they put it out of order.. Location was ok as it was near a metro but you need to take the metro into the centre or get a cab. The hotel was a little overpriced for us tbh.

When my flight was canceled at the airport they welcomed me here and had a room ready very early which was wonderful. The breakfast is very nice with a range of items to choose from, including home made cake and hot food. Reception was very nice and the toiletries were great. I’ll definitely stay here again!
