The owners are some of the most welcoming and thoughtful people we ever met. Athina is a very kind woman who is also very considerate of her guests. We really appreciated their constant attention and the recommendations they gave us for places to eat and reliable activities to do. We were a group of 4 girls and Athina (Nana) taught us the traditional Greek dance! Super kind. Also the place was very clean and very well placed, in the heart of Laganas but also distanced enough to have some quiet. Thank you for everything and we hope to come one day again.

Amazing room, very very friendly, the room was very comfortable and great pillows!! Room was tidy and they even left flowers and Prosecco for a birthday treat. Nice peaceful area as well.

The hosts are very helpfull and friendly. The building itself is located about 200 m from the main street, so it is peaceful and quiet but still nearby to all clubs and pubs.

It is a really comfortable clean and silant place. And the house holders are great!!! Very kind and positive :) A good beach is 4 minutes walking. A cafe with great breakfasts is 7 minutes walking

There is literally nothing we didn‘t like!

Our stay in Laganas was amazing and that also because of Athina and her lovely family! My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week during September and had the best time. The studios are beautiful, very clean, air-conditioned and very well located. Even though it is very close to Laganas Strip it was quiet and felt peaceful. Athina and her family gave us a good feeling from day one on. Their hospitality was indescribable - they supported us with the transfer & also gave loads of tips to explore the island. It felt like a home away from home. We loved everything about our stay - especially how engaged the owners were. We can definitely recommend this stay to everyone! We will for sure come back!

I have stayed in many accommodations in Greece but I can say with certainty that Athina Studios is the best of them all. The rooms are very warm and beautifully decorated, you almost feel like you are at home. What I also really liked is that the host (Athina) tries to keep everything clean by cleaning the rooms regularly. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for a stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the whole apartment is newly furnished. Sitting on the terrace is very pleasant and quiet, especially in the evening when the lights are turned on in the beautiful little garden. We received a warm welcome and felt very comfortable throughout our stay, especially because Athina is a very loving and courteous person, who makes you feel like you are in good hands. We will definitely come back and we would recommend everyone to choose Athina Studios.

It was really close to the beach, the rooms were cleaned regularlly, free parking on the left side of the building, it’s also situated in a quiet part of the city. Athina, the owner, was amazing, very kind and helpful. Every single time we needed something , she would jump in to help us. I am definitely coming back next year :)

Hospitality of the hosts, cleanliness, new rooms, quiet place. Stayed at this place for 2 weeks in June with my 3 year old son. I was greatly impressed. The rooms are very clean. The owner of the studio left us small gifts in the form of sweets and fruits. Very hospitable hosts. There was a feeling of caring for loved ones. The hostess every day was interested in how we were doing, recommended places to stay. Helped with washing children's clothes. Every help was taken care of. In general, it was very comfortable and calm here, despite the hectic life of Laganas. Very quiet place away from noisy parties, but at the same time very close to the sea. I highly recommend and thank you again for your hospitality!

First of all, we never met a kinder host than Athina, she is the sweetest lady. She helped us with everything we nedeed and offered her help right away . The place is really close to the beach, the main street in Laganas, restaurants and stores. It is also very clean and looks just like the pictures.

There isn’s anything to complain about or criticize. It is next to the busy Laganas strip and so tucked away that you cannot hear a thing!

The welcome received from the owners was so heartfelt. The entire facility was clean, the room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable which made the stay wonderful.

i actually liked everything but maybe i recommend putting a bottle at the end of the tube of the air conditioner because the mosquitoes and others were attracted by the water that went on the balcony

the location was perfect really close to the centre of laganas the rooms were always clean and comfortable. they had everything you needed the staff was even better: it happened many times that we were sleeping when they had to clean the room and they waited for us. so patient

There is really nothing!

The accommodation was not missing a thing for a proper week in Zakynthos. Good bedroom, really nice bathroom and a very good panty kitchen for cooking your own meals and enjoying home made Greek Mezze dinner on the balcony. What a dream! The best of our stay was the friendliness and hospitality of the whole family of Athina. She - with her husband Vassili and her son Stefanos - is helping you with whatever concern you have. They are really warm-hearted and good people! It was a big pleasure for us to meet Athina and her family.

First of all, the host of Athina Studios is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. So warm & welcoming & willing to do everything in her power for you to have a great stay and a wonderful experience in Zakynthos. The rooms are exactly as shown in pictures, everyhing is new and exceptionally clean and tidy. The WI-FI connection is exceptionally good. The property is close to everything you’ll need: - 2-3 mins walk to the beach - 1 min to the nearest supermarket - 5 mins to the main street of Laganas, which is full of pubs, clubs, restaurants, taverns, gift shops … (but even though it’s so close to the busy area of Laganas, the property is located in a quiet place)

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful studio for a week. It was a great experience, our apartment was very big and very clean, the wifi was great and there was parking at the premise plus the beach was only 5 minutes away and there were supermarkets and tavernas everywhere. We will definitely return and recommend this villa to everybody, also the owners were the sweetest and kindest people and we look forward to see them again ❤️

The only tip voor Athina is the waterflow of the shower wasn’t always good.

Me and my girlfriend had a very nice stay in Athina Studios. The room was renovated this year and it was very beautifull for a good price. The location was perfect, bars, restaurants and the beach were just a 2-5 minutes walk. Athina, the host, was very helpfull and kind! If we ever go back to Zaktnthos, we will definitly come back. Thankyou very much Athina!

Stay at Athina studio was amazing. Location is perfect, even though it's just 2 min walk to the sea and 5 min to the main street where all restaurants and shops located, it was very silent and comfy. Athina with her husband is very helpful and kind people. Room is just after renovation and looks identically as on photos. Wi-fi connection is very strong, so if you need to work this is the best place to choose.

I’d loved the way owners took care about us. Very kind in every situation (for example they brought us to the airport and back). They cleaned up the room about every 2 days. They changed sheets and towels , helped us with a car rental. Beautiful experience with those owners
