The supper time meals in the restaurant. I was sick after my first meal of souvlaki, I think the meat was bad.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, considering that it was in the center. Since we were not going to spend much time at the hotel, I chose a comfort room. Unfortunately, the room was very different from the photos. The tiny window of the room was looking at the space between the neighbor buildings. I condemn the fact that they sell a place that can only be used as a storeroom as a room at a very high price in a four-star city hotel. When I told the reception about this,I got an answer like, "You chose this room from Booking yourself, what can we do?" The photos of the room on the website and the room we stayed in are attached.

1)Wifi was almost non-existent. :( The wifi in a rural area of Greece was waaaay better. Expected a better wifi considering it is in central Athens. 2)They don’t change the linens daily. Even when there was an obvious dirt due to accidental spillage.

Staff were lovely! Location was very central. 10-15 mins walk to Acropolis and main tourist locations. Great bakery and restaurants around the hotel.

Good value for money but the room, although spacious and clean, had a window onto a small internal cloister, therefore practically unusable.

the rooms are basic and good enough for a 3-4 days stay. But the windows/door have not been taken care off and it’s so loud that for those with a light sleep I can’t recommend the hotel. The double insulation is not enough in such a place and doesn’t help if the doors don’t close perfectly too. I found the price too high for the experience, given the fact that another hotel in the same spot doesn’t have that issue. Being very benevolent with hotels, I do however have a reservation when I feel there is an investment and renovation backlog and just exploitation of profitability.

Location is very sketchy. The hotel itself is very luxurious and well kept with security but the area itself is overrun by tourist scammers and pick pocketers.

Room too small for a 4 star. Found a used perfume sample bottle under the bed on arrival. 2nd day room attendant forgot to top up the hot drinks tray and no face towels. On the other days cleaning was impeccable. Breakfast could be better for a 4star.

The restaurant was wonderful, with excellent pizza and beer. People were wonderful, the staff was very attentive and they helped me with some questions and instructions. I liked that it has a Gym and the location is great, in Omonia Square, 10 blocks from the city's historical center.

The room was in the back, spacious burt a bit dark and sparsely furnished. The bed was only 140 cm! A hotel like this should install sound proof doors - a bit noisy.

Central location, next to the Metro Omonia. Very friendly and helpful staff. We could check in a bit earlier without any problem. We asked for a quiet room (Omonia is noisy) - and got one. The bathroom was the best part of the room - with a funny toilet looking like a chamber pot! The breakfast was fabulous with a large selection of food. The Omonia square is just a 15 minutes walk from the more lively Monastriki area, and it is easy to take the metro to the airport (very packed, hot and takes more than an hour).
