Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

IranUnfortunately, the breakfast quality was disappointing, especially jams with artificial colors! It is a pity that this hotel can improve the quality of breakfast.
The hotel is located in a very good place, you can really go to places of interest on foot or by subway. There are many good restaurants around it. The furniture and architecture of the hotel and the rooms are old but very clean. I really recommend. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was located near a popular subway and easily walkable to other locations. And the staff was exceptional and very friendly. Made you feel welcomed from the first minute.

HungaryLittle bit oldfashioned, worth for a proper renovation.
The hotel is well located, practically 5 minutes from Omonia Square metro station. Unfortunately, there are many homeless people in the small streets around the hotel, but the hotel's street (Konstantinou Avenue) is free of them. Everything that is important in the area (shop, pharmacy, parking garage). Unfortunately, Athens is very dirty everywhere, and this area is no exception. The hotel is adequate for a few days stay in Athens. The breakfast is plentiful and there is a choice of several courses.

IsraelThe private parking costs 11 euros per night and is not included in the reservation. Additionally, you have to hand in the car keys to the parking place owner, which is worrisome.

Great check in Experience with Nikolaus - so friendly! Granted me late check out as I arrived very late (3am). Location was good near the Metro and quite central. Lots of food options nearby. Had a great room with balcony and view onto the Acropolis.

As a person who works at a hotel's reception,providing information about everything that's connected to the city,I consider it to be part of the job. FinlandRoom, that costs more, with a "view" and balcony, was totally useless😅. The "view" was a abandoned buildin next to the hotel and corridor full of garbage. I didn't really mind, but i would have chosen the normal room, if id known.
