Love the location, staff, and super comfortable rooms

We would have liked a room on a higher floor but none were available- next time!

This hotel is not only the perfect location but the rooms are beautiful- from the toiletries to the comfort of the bed to the yummy breakfast!! The staff are so helpful that when we had to catch an early flight before breakfast they made us a breakfast box to take with us!!

You could see the wear and tear in the room. For the price point I would expect the small easy fixes to be done as part of regular maintenance. For example the silicone on of the bases of the sink mirror was coming off, which for a guest comes across unhygienic and also the water pressure on the rain shower was non existing. Also the shower floor is a death trap! Too smooth and it becomes extremely slippery when wet, I almost fell down twice. I stayed in room 601 and as there were no other rooms on the floor I expected it to be quiet however the housekeeping storage rooms are next to the room so I could hear them banging the materials and carts, specially on Saturday at 8am they were talking very loudly and vacuuming the staircase, which was unpleasant and inconsiderate since I was trying resting from a long traveling day.

It wouldn't hurt to be a little cheaper, but given the position and the way the rooms look, we understand and take the effort because it's worth it. We stayed here last year and this year too, so we have nothing to complain about.

We came back for one night in the same place where we stayed last year. We really liked the room, now we got one with a terrace, more expensive, but it was worth it, the view to the Acropolis is fabulous. We love that it's right in the center, close to everything you need to see in Athens.

Breakfast timings are not ideal, starting at 0800. If you want to leave earlier than 0830 (recommended in the summer to avoid crowds and the heat) you'll need to miss breakfast or get a packed one which is quite poor. Bakery opposite is your best bet in that circumstance.

Room (delux) and location were superb. Staff very helpful. Hard to fault for a small place, excellent for short stays.

Love the friendly staff and how they were so accommodating! They wanted to make sure all of our needs were met especially with family members with allergies. We love the location as well! Right in the middle of everything!

Breakfast with all the restaurant options was amazing. This property is well kept and small enough that it isn’t loud and you never run into other guests. You can’t be the location we were able to walk to every main attractions. Eva at the front desk always greeted us and was available to offer recommendations.

The lift is really small and has a weight limit which means that with 2 large suitcases and 2 adults you couldn’t all fit in and if you could you would have probably been overweight for the lift - however the staff were great and they brought the luggage up for you which helped a lot. The bed was seriously uncomfortable. They had put a mattress topper over what I think was 2 singles and it was so lumpy and there was a huge dip in the middle. We didn’t get a good nights sleep all the nights we were there and even though we asked if anything could be done nothing was. Given the main purpose of having a room is for sleep please FIX THE BED !!

Small elevator, but that is Europe!

Nice location, room / huge shower area were nice. Eva at front desk was amazing and so helpful. Free breakfast was also great as were servers there.

The hotel is located very close to Syntagma Square and very close walking distance to Monastiraki Square. Lots of great rooftops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is warm and welcoming. I stay there often and they remember me.

From the time we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location with most places being walkable. The hotel rooms are gorgeous with everything that you could possibly want. The beds were very comfortable and the Breakfast was excellent.

Price wise was a bit on the high end of what you can get from a luxury suite. One major issue is the humidity in the room from the shower which is not separated. Could be fixed with better drainage or perhaps ventilation above showers because it can leave an unpleasant odor from the standing water.

Amazing location right in the heart of Athens, walking distance to almost all main attractions in old town and sightseeing. Love the little restaurant Burrattino which serves both residents and by comers. The 4th floor and above rooms give an amazing view of the Acropolis from the balcony. Loved the big shower on the back of the bed. Cosy and spacious at the same time.

Shower area could have been cleaner

Really pleased we found this hidden gem in the city. It provided for all our needs. Great location to get around on foot. Small and friendly with good bar & food. Room size/design was fabulous with small balcony. Staff were super friendly and helpful

Fantastic location. Amazing view from balcony and great spacious room. Staff were fantastic especially the young lady (sorry name escapes me) on reception who was incredibly friendly and helpful during our entire stay including taking us through a great listing of restaurants, bars , places to walk and visit.
