Nothing, it was perfect.

Would not stay anywhere else in Mykonos! My partner and I loved every second. The hotel and amenities were beautiful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The walk into town is not far at all, we loved this. 11/10, we will be back!

The light-system is a bit confusing and from my point of view, bedside lamps are missing.

Room service could improve, as sometimes it took time. Also one time a staff member just walked in on us sleeping as he mistaked the room number. Airport shuttle which is 5 min drive is 40 euro, which is absurd.

Amazing hotel! Comfortable and clean rooms, very good pool and super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good (a la carte). Location is very close to centre, but a car needed, as the hotel is uphill.

We purposely did not eat at the pool/restaurant nor spend much time at the bar as we felt it was very expensive (even for Mykonos). More expensive then in some bars in Dublin! While a very minor quibble, the service at breakfast was only okay. Sometimes we had to ask a few times for our coffee/tea as they are made separately at the bar and often arrived lukewarm. Perhaps a nice pre-brewed pot of coffee would be more efficient?

The room with the private small pool and balcony was gorgeous and great to relax in with beautiful views of the sea (especially at sunset!). The room itself was lovely and very comfortable, got a good night's sleep in! The hotel is very well decorated and stylish with a lovely pool and spa and is a perfect spot to relax Staff were friendly and gave a nice welcome tour as part of the check-in. Even though the hotel is on a busy road, we could not hear traffic and thought it was quiet as well as very clean and safe!

the breakfast was good, but i think they can easily make it better and to add more options luckily for us our stay didnot coincide with a scheduled pool party ( make sure you stay doesnt as well , if you are a family and looking for a luxurious calm stay )

we took the jetted room with sea-view i like how welcoming the staff are and professional. we were lucky to be served by Maria, Selvia , and the gentelman Demitris took us from the port to the hotel what was exceptional about this hotel was four points : 1-super clean 2-the toilet had a Handheld Bidet Sprayer 3-Design was amaizing 4-staff were very welcoming and professional

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mykonos, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Busy road to cross to get to the old town and then very steep hill for ladies in heels. The airport pick up service - I understand there are very few taxis on the island but it was 40 euros for barely a five minute trip. Make the trip ‘complimentary’ and add some more to the room price as 40 euros left an unpleasant taste. I appreciate I knew this before booking so it my choice. Ditto, 40 euros to the port, another five minute trip.

Nice room though couldn’t get the jacuzzi to be hot, pool area is nice and breakfast was very good.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we booked a room with a jacuzzi and we couldn’t use it as it had a lot of sand inside, it could’ve been because of the windy conditions in Mykonos at that time so not a big deal.

The hotel is gorgeous! The room, the amenities, the location, the food, the staff are all superb and helped add to the experience! The staff were soooo sweet and helpful and patient and offered us recommendations on where to go. The common pool area was so cool, the view from the property is beautiful.

- the area is hilly, especially by car, and tricky to get by by foot in the dark - spotty WIFI connection in common areas

+ perfectly located on the island, in walking distance to the old town as well as a bit more local areas / restaurants / supermarkets + all common areas are in top shape, bathrooms, pool area, spa, restaurant, lounge + out room was beyond imagination, spacious, great balcony with a view, two sinks, separate shower and toilet, premium products all over + the breakfast options as well as taste, the coffee, the drinks - top notch in all categories From the moment we parked our car to the moment we left, everything was impeccable! The staff has received and hosted us with the utmost professionalism as well as friendliness. We enjoyed every single interaction. I couldn't praise them enough: Lefteris, Damian, Maria (from reception), Thanos, Asbah, Sylvia, Clevis, just to name a few - all warm, welcoming, immaculate - thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable especially because of the accommodation 🙏🏽✨️

The noise from the busy road outside would sometimes be heard through the doors of the room, this would be difficult in the mornings but manageable Also as the road outside leading to the main city is very very busy and dangerous and the hike back up is long and steep we would suggest the hotel get a buggy that can assist their guests. I saw hotels close by which had a buggy service.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a toddler with us and they were very helpful with her.

The hotel was beautiful, with a lovely poolside. Although it's located off the road and you can hear the cars driving by, I still found it relaxing. My room exceeded my expectations - it was large, spanning two floors with two bathrooms. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a wonderful cake, bubbly and a complimentary massage, which I would definitely book again. The staff were lovely as well. We had one issue, which I reported back, but other than that, I would stay at this hotel again.

Bar staff weren’t the friendliest and breakfast was quite slow. Drinks/food are quite expensive but that’s to be expected in Mykonos.

Beautiful hotel, not too far of a walk into the main centre of Mykonos. Gorgeous pool, lovely breakfast choices of which you can pick whatever you’d like. We got an upgrade as our room had a few issues which was really lovely and had our own private pool which was perfect for our 2 day stay. Reception staff and porters are really friendly and can’t do enough for you.

Everything was perfect!

This property it’s everything you have dreamt about a hotel. The design, the vibe, everything is well curated and super clean. The food is amazing and the chef prepared great dishes with a beautiful design. The staff is super well trained and take amazingly good care of you from the moment you enter the door until you leave. I have never had such good service.
