Wonderful stay. Liked · Location location location...perfect The room was good. The bed was comfortable, The shower was very good. The room was cleaned, the bed was made, and the towels were changed EVERY DAY! The W-FI was excellent. We received towels for the beach day from the front desk. The front desk staff were very cordial and helpful

Very good location to Fira center. Right beside a fantastic bakery for breakfast and great coffee. Also hired a scooter right beside this accommodation. Super shower and comfy enough bed. Lovely owner who was very warm and friendly. Would recommend here for a few nights to enjoy the island if you are on a budget.

On the last morning we had problem with bathroom/toilet door that was stuck and we were not able to open it which was a big problem not to be able to use the toilet in the morning. I tried to call emergency number but nobody answered. Somebody contacted me 1 hour later which was unacceptable. We had to leave before reception opened and as it was our last day, we had to check out. When we came back I asked the receptionist if we could have shower but she didn't let us. She also said that she could open the door without issues which was not true as 5 of us tried. I would expect that somebody answers emergency number. We were lucky that nobody stayed inside the bathroom when the door got stuck. I understand that things like these can happen but I would expect some solution.

It was great accommodation, very close to the bus station as we were doing trips by bus every day. I appreciated the staff willingness to bring our luggage earlier than the room was ready for check in.

The aircon was quite loud and we felt like a lot of light would come through the windows even with the Curtains drawn, so we didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked.

Accomodation was in a very convenient location, a close walk to the cliff side which had all the restaurants and shops. It was also close to the bus stop so was convenient in order to visit other parts of the island.

The accommodation is in such a great location, right next to the bus station and right in the heart of Fira. The room was very big and open, did not feel claustrophobic. The place was also very clean. Sleeping was comfortable, but wished the pillows weren't flat and gave more thicker bedding.

sooo comfortable, big bed, super spacious and the hot tub is sooo nice at night! staff were sooo friendly and even wanted to sponsor us 3 euros for the bus because we forgot to keep cash for it. we will be back thank you so much!

Super cute rooms with loft spaces. Perfect for families and 5 min walk to the bus station and the caldera rim. Outstanding value and very comfortable for when we needed some down time. Would love to stay here again!!

There was some music noise at night, although nothing that ear plugs and the double glazing couldn’t block out.

Clean and comfortable room within a short walk of the caldera and close to the bus station. Maria was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money in an expensive town.

Maria the host was very responsive. She allowed us to cq out late for one hour as our flight was in the evening. Very convenient place to stay.
