The staff was very friendly. Konstantinos the manager or owner was the highlight of the stay. He was friendly and made you feel like family. We stay in Chersonisos often for Golf and this was one of the better places as far as value for your money. It was clean and had what we needed.

Konstantin is a national treasure and it was pleasure to engage in conversations with him. He was very helpful and provided us with valuable tips on how to organize our stay in Crete. He also helped us on renting a car. The breakfast was good and there is also a swimming pool where you can relax during the day.

I had a very positive experience here. The staff is exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful. I truly felt at home. Mr Konstantin was a wonderful host and a truly kind person, always greeting people with a warm smile and willing to help and provide some tips about the island. The location is also great, close to the beach. There is a shopping center near by and plenty of great restaurants. Thank you so much for having me ! :)

Nothing. This was a fantastic little hotel. The host and his whole team were really friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice to suit whatever you felt like. Some days I would have the cooked breakfast options with eggs, fresh toast sausage and bacon, other days I enjoyed the chocolate pastry. My wife liked the fresh yoghurt and honey. Fresh fruit was also available and the water melon was quite epic. The room was very comfortable with really effective air conditioning. The pool was a refreshing space which we often had to ourselves.

We stayed at Artemis for a week and we had an amazing time. The place was lovely, our room had a nice sea view. Breakfast was good and the position was ideal for anything: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the beach in Hersonissos. The memory I will carry with me the most, however, will be the extraordinary welcoming we received from the staff. They gave us tips on places to visit, recommended local Greek restaurants and helped us with any request we had. I highly recommend it for anyone!

Konstantin, the owner is very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach, supermarkets, taverna, shops. There are a lot of car rentals around and the Heraklion Airport is 20 mins away. The personal is amazing too, very kind and nice people. We had a great time, we will certainly come back.

It was a great placd to stay. Clean, great location, and good costumer service. Our stay here is beyond our expectations. The place was good and clean. The staffs are very accommodating, respectful and kind especially Konstantin. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. We'll surely come back.

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is excellent, the choice is not great but everything is fresh and tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the care of the staff. All questions can be solved at once, they always try to help you. There was a problem with the transfer, but thanks to the administration and their help I made the flight. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely first time holiday in this fabulous apartment, definitely coming back after having a pleasant time here . Rooms are clean , we also had a balcony which is great , staff are really friendly and very welcoming , especially Konstantin (the owner)he is really great and was always happy to help when we had any questions. They were more than nice we felt like family, this type of hospitality service is rare these days . Location is perfect everything is close bars , beach , town , restaurants... ! Cannot complain everything was super cannot wait to come back !!

They didn’t change the towels and sheets, only maybe when you ask, the room make up service wasn’t very well, but overall the service and everything was fine

The rooms were small but comfortable for couples or for short stays, we enjoyed the breakfast, the host was exceptional, a really nice and helpful man, Konstantin. The location was perfect with parking availability.
