The view across the valley from our room was beautiful. We enjoyed our dinner that was prepared by the family matriarch. We were treated in the morning with water to take on our travels and were gifted with delicious peach preserves from the family trees. The proximity to the monasteries couldn't be beat.

Everything was good: location very close to Meteora, the view is beautifull, the owner very generous, the breakfast was very good, the room and bedsheets were very clean. Every morning, before leaving to visit the region, the owner offered us figs and an ice bottle of water. Also, since in that period greecs celebrate Holy Mery, the owner served us with very good cookies.

The rooms were fine and clean, but it could use some renovation of the bathroom.

The location and the hosts of this hotel were perfect. They made us feel very welcome, and we felt right at home. The breakfast was honest and delicious. Our kids were looking forward to the breakfast every day.

There are flies in the bathroom, they should cover the floor drain core. When I did, the problem was solved.

The guesthouse is in great location, very close to monasteries and the best view points, the room is clean with a large balcony, the owner's family are very kind and welcoming, fresh towels every day. The ratio price/room is good.

I would like to echo what almost all reviewers have said. Kostas is a very friendly host and provides a really good service. This family run guesthouse is incredibly well-maintained and exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accommodation is really good value for money if you want a simple clean place to stay that has incredible views of the valley with olive trees which are owned by the family Arsenis. You need a car to reach the property, but the views from the balcony and the tranquility of the olive farm is worth it. You cannot find a quieter area in Meteora to stay, there are no neighbours and the property is tucked away from the busy streets. The location of the propery is always going to be the highlight of the stay which has breathtaking views of the valley. Waking up to such beauty every morning was indeed a treat. The peaceful ambiance of Guesthouse Arsenis was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The tranquility of the surroundings allowed us to unwind and recharge, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Guesthouse Arsenis is a place to unplug. This is not an accommodation if you wish to work remotely while you are still on holiday. It is a great place to take a break from the normal day to day activities of life and work and the internet and enjoy the beauty of Meteora. Overall, I highly recommend Guesthouse Arsenis to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming accommodation in the Meteora area. The combination of great views, a well-maintained property run by a small family and not an international conglomerate, and a peaceful surroundings made for a truly memorable stay. The place and location is beautiful and very close to meteors. The owner, Cosco is so friendly and attentive to each guest and always wanted to make sure that we had everything what we needed. He always provided us with cold bottle of water when we went somewhere.

Great location if you want to explore the Meteora area. Centrally located. Very quiet area, no neighbours, away from the street. Very nice views from our balcony. Abundant and free parking which is very convenient. Very nice owners which are very helpful and giving advice about the area. Good and abundant breakfast. We will come back :-)

The guesthouse ruined by a lovely family. They are so guest free and kind, it's truly a pleasure to stay there!! Also the location is just perfect, nice and quit in the middle of nature. You can enjoy a wonderful breakfast and authentic greek diner fresh from the grill!! I am definitely going back there!
