This property is EVERYTHING! Right across a pretty quaint beach. Restaurants/Tavernas 10 steps away! The room was like a small studio apartment.,. perfect! Antonios the host/owner couldnt have been nicer. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was also very helpful with information about Milos. Dont pass this property, it is exceptionall!

Bed was a bit on the hard side, breakfast provided was good but sparse. However the property is close to a supermarket and bakery - so we complemented this nicely. Top spot!

The location and the hosts, husband and wife Antonios and Katarina were so gracious and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful and so comfortable. We were greeted with fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden as well as a fridge and cupboards stocked with many basic necessities. I could go on and on!

The location is amazing.. across the road from the beach.. and right near the popular restaurants and shops without feeling too closed in .. the villa was perfect .. everything we needed and very comfortable.. the kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine was an added bonus after 4 weeks of travelling.. Antonio and his wife were always available if needed and extremely friendly.. when we needed beach chairs Antonio produced the most comfortable ones I’ve ever sat on and reclined in .. definitely getting those when I get home .. they supply fruit, biscuits and wine upon arrival.. a lovely touch .. sitting outdoors in the patio area watching the world go by was very enjoyable.. definitely would return here

It got a little bit noisy at night, plumbing seems to run constantly from adjacent apartments/restaurant and can hear movement until around 2am for both our nights.

Great apartment in a really good location, with waterfront views. Nice balcony. Host was very helpful and accomodating.

Everything is the top quality.

It is the best accomodation in Milos! Antonios is a very nice person, we get a lot of snacks, delicious fruits and vegetables from his farm.. This apartment was the cleanest we ever see. It is in the centre of Pollonia, with an incredible view of the beach, which takes few steps away from the door. We spent here fantastic few days, thank you for everything!

A great spot to stay in Pollonia, the best spot on Milos! Antonios was a great host, he left us lots of local goodies in the kitchen and the house was professionally cleaned daily, towels refreshed. The bed was super comfortable, bathroom was brand new and spacious. The patio was a great place to sit, you can see the beach from the front door. Kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook if you wish. Antonios even loaned us his kayaks to have a paddle around Pollonia beach which was lots of fun! Thank you Antonios!

Can get noisy ….especially Wednesday morning when they empty the bins !

Flat is right in the town close to everything…beach is right outside the door …restaurants and supermarket a simple walk away …comfortable and relaxed 😎 owner is very helpful and always available…lovely stay in Pollonia

We stayed here in August and Antonio was the best host. He gave us some fresh tomatoes and vegetables from his farm and we were made to feel so welcome. The accommodation is perfect and its the cleanest room were ever seen. Location is great, room is near of sea and there is lots of good restaurants. Thank you Antonio

EVERYTHING!!!! Unbelievable location across the road from the beach and tavernas. Newly renovated, with everything you could possibly need. Antonios and his wife went above and beyond. The room was cleaned everyday and they would leave fresh tomato’s, olive oil, cakes and biscuits for us to come home to after a magical day exploring the Island. Nothing was too much trouble, Antonios even drove us to the port when we were leaving so we would not have call a taxi! Thank you for making our 8 nights in your beautiful property extra special. We loved everything about it!!!!

The location was steps to the beach, shopping, market and restaurants. Antonio and as so helpful, he even brought us apricots. The room was spotless, well equipped including a big shower and washing machine. I loved the front patio for my morning coffee. Perfect little place in paradise!!

The apartment is advertised as 2 bedrooms but the second bed is a loft bed with a ladder in the upstairs kitchen area, while very comfortable and we weren’t bothered it could be unsuitable for an older couple or someone with mobility issues.

Our host Antonio was very attentive and kind, nothing was too much trouble. The location was fabulous right across from the beach and with many great restaurants close by. The property was very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We would appriciated if the patio outside were a bit more private. As the patio is right next to the road to Pelekoudia, you're very exposed to people passing by, and ofcouse also exposed for traffic noice from cars and 4-wheelers passing just inches from the patio.

Nice apartment, very welcoming and friendly hosts. Cleaning every day with new towells, even supplied with beach towells. Very easy axcess to the beach right across the road.

Location in Pollonia was amazing. We could walk across to the beach and to the playground; and even the basketball courts. We loved our amazing host, who met us and was very warm and constantly checking in on all our needs. He lent us a basketball so that our kid could go shoot hoops; and the location is fantastic as the bakery, restaurants, and supermarket for all our daily needs was just 3 minutes walk. There is a large free public parking area 50m away where we parked our rental car; and 2 rental car agencies just round the corner. Our host helped us arrange for car rentals as we didn't book ahead of time. When we had a mishap with the shower water vent being closed and the water coming to the kitchen floor he was quick to respond and help us make sure the place was dried quickly. We loved the kitchenette and cooked a few meals; and were able to use the outdoor space to eat and enjoy our time together. We felt tremendously safe and the overall area just felt very welcoming to families in general, with lots of kids running around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to our amazing host.
