Warm hospitality rooms well practically equipped with lovely view. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of local pies and fruit .Staff very attentive and caring

Personally, I would prefer a more simple bathroom. A little complicated when you arrive, definitely do not follow google instructions. You have to approach the tourist police building and follow that path.

The scenery is picturesque. So quiet, although it’s in the center of everything, right behind the Posidonion Hotel. The pool was big for a boutique hotel, always so clean! The garden and the pots and the plants were fantastic. Excellent breakfast with good variety of food and homemade stuff.

There was nothing not to like.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent .The location was central, yet quiet. Definitely returning to Spetses and this beautiful hotel.

Facilities were very well maintained and very comfortable. It was centrally located and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Spetses

Nothing could have been better but we didn't make the most of the facilities such as the pool or cocktail bar.

Beautiful spotlessly clean room. We booked a sea view room which also had a pool view. Lovely balcony to sit and have a drink before going out. Comfy bed. Lovely varied breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Although the swimming pool is a bonus, the seating area around it is very limited.

Beautifully appointed, immaculate hotel within easy walking distance from port. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast admiring the pretty courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice and quiet, good bed, nice breakfast also with local choices of pie and sweets. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it was clean and nice.

The hotel & staff were excellent, such a gem of a hotel just behind the port. The staff recommended and arranged restaurant reservation and taxi for us. They were just so helpful. We would definitely stay again . The rooms were immaculate and breakfast delicious

I can’t really fault the place or the staff. I know other reviews have talked about the small space between the pool and loungers on the poolside but having used them several times it didn’t bother me. You adapted to it.

My partner and I both appreciated that the hotel was so close to the town for restaurant/cafe access. And yet it was also tucked away so you never felt it was noisy either despite the proximity. The staff also couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast selection was very good to set you up for the day. Also being given a bottle of wine on check out was a nice touch I wasn’t expecting, which having finished it as I write this, I can confirm went down very well.

Quite small and outdated shower. But it wasn’t a big issue.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and the owners take a big pride being involved in every day maintenance, location of the hotel is excellent, you are right in the middle of everything and yet in quiet and secluded little road.

The pool itself was nice but the area around it was too small to maximise use of the pool. The bar area was very nice but mainly used for having breakfast as it was not staffed on a regular basis.

The breakfast was a bit below average Very few items, coffee chargeable, same menu everyday. Pool closes mid day for few hours then re-opens, not ideal.
