Perfect location - out of the fray but close to the action. The villa is beautiful and the art work made every corner intriguing. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The Aristide is a gem.

Everything about this resort was amazing and far exceeded expectations. This is an old house which you can tell was lovingly restored. The art is beautiful. The rooms are much bigger than normal European hotel rooms. As wonderful as the property is, it was the staff led by Oana that pushed this from wonderful to truly idyllic. They have the best mixed drinks and cocktails I have ever had. Their bartender, Konstantinos, is truly world class. My husband hugged him when we left - and my husband doesn't hug anybody. He was that wonderful. They were very, very tasty drinks. And I can't say enough about the food. The head chef, Petros, has a menu which is Greek but with a twist. We had everything more than once. My daughter spent the entire semester in Athens and said this was the best food she tasted. Every morning we had a beautiful breakfast in their courtyard and didn't want to leave as the food and coffee were so delicious. On top of the experiences while at the hotel, they also provided guidance for activities. We did a Greek cooking class (which was great). We did a picnic with Petros which was AMAZING. And one night their was a live band playing Greek classical music on their roof. Our enjoyment of Syros was primarily due to this hotel and their staff.

The Aristide Hotel is unique. A grand mansion from Ermoupoli’s 19th century shipping glory , beautifully restored, with thought to every detail and modern artworks curated by Oana and her sister. High above the elegant town but an easy walk both to town and to the unique swimming spot below in crystal clear water .

Location was great. Breakfast was wonderful and lots of options to choose from. Loved the doggie walking around the hotel. Staff very friendly. Chryssa and Margarita were very helpful.

Absolutely everything was perfect! Our room was magical with the most amazing view and included things no other hotel provides such as a hair straightener! The food was the best I have had for a long time…

The only thing I would improved would be to install blackout curtains for guest who want to sleep in the dark and not to wake up after sunrise.

We loved everything! So much attention to detail. The interior design is spectacular. Very organised, nice breakfast in the cozy garden. Huge bed, spacious bathroom and AMAZING amenities.

It’s the most beautiful hotel of all!! Design is amazing! Every room is different and it’s fun to try several. Stuff is very helpful and wonderful. Concierge is helping through what’s app and it’s very convenient. Rooms have everything you need and even more. There os a steamer in every room!! Not an old iron. I’ll definitely come back next summer!

This hotel was truly exceptional. Every single little detail (be it the physical space, or the service) was addressed. The decor and fittings were stunning, the custom artwork within the rooms and within the hotel were beautifully curated. Rooms were oversized, well appointed and had all the required amenities, and the beauty/personal products provided were of great quality. Staff were knowledgeable, attentive, never intrusive, and always willing to help with a smile and enthusiastic attitude. Food was consistently delicious as were the cocktails. There was nothing we could fault at the hotel, especially as they delivered such a phenomenal experience, whilst doing so in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner.

In one word: Everything! The impeccable service starts even before you arrive. So welcoming, informative and accommodating. Then the wow factor of the hotel, the interior design, the rooms, the location. Everything has been done with such style and eye for detail. The location of the hotel is just perfect, just outside the centre but close enough to stroll to and just a few minutes from the City beach (Asteria) for refreshing swim or drinks at Ciel. Finally and maybe most importantly het hotel is managed and operated by an excellent team, they thrive perfection and provide very personal service with a smile. It fits the ecological ethos of the hotel. Cannot rate this hotel high enough.

The hotel overall is outstanding! The roof top restaurant, the food, the bar, the bartender, Constantine, the breakfast,the location of the hotel, the ambiance and how it was decorated. I could go on but the point is this hotel was the best boutique hotel we have stayed in and the staff is excellent. Thank you Oana for an exceptional experience.
