We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceUnfortunately the food and the breakfast were a disappointment as a vegan I didn’t have any options at all other than fruit, my mother who is a vegetarian and was able to try the rest of the breakfast was disappointed by the quality and lack of taste. The cake however was delicious.

Czech RepublicThe breakfasts at this 4* hotel were a slight disappointment for me. Although the menu contained basically everything needed, the quality of food, drinks, pastries, fruit and vegetables was clearly low-cost.
The location of the hotel is almost at the hotel beach and the hotel's services on the beach are at a good level, therefore the hotel beach is frequented especially on weekends by domestic vacationers who are not hotel clients. Very good standard of cleanliness in hotel and guest rooms and guest services. Pleasant and generally helpful staff. The hotel is senior friendly, but you will still enjoy your stay even if you are not. Wifi is at a very good level including the beach.
