Depi, Evelyn and the whole team was really fantastic. We enjoyed every day, the excellent service, a wonderful fresh breakfast by amazing view to the sea. We loved your breakfast and mostly the wonderful homemade jams from Depi and the lovely arrangements of the food. The room has always been cleaned! I would have preferred a room with a balcony, but there was no availability.

The hotel is very well located, only a couple minutes away from the historical and cultural city center. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and offer you a great breakfast full of homemade products. The view from the room is wonderful and the room was spacious enough for two persons. Parking is easy, as there is a public parking area a few minutes away.

Large terrace with sea view, comfortable bed, good breakfast, close to center of Ermoupoli, but in quiet place. Host are very caring and welcoming. Close to city beach on platform, very beautiful place to swim.

Disappointed with outdoor space. The terrace on the ground floor which we initially booked feels closed in. You can’t see the view from the terrace unless you are standing up. From the sunbed you can only see a wall directly in front. We moved to a junior suite on the top floor. A great outdoor space but very sparsely furnished. Only 1 sunbed and small table with 2 rather uncomfortable chairs. This space could be amazing!

Homemade Lemon, mandarin, orange, apricot, strawberry & fig jam for your toast. Delicious homemade yogurt, a variety of fruit and delicious omelette to begin your day. A beautiful small family run hotel with direct access to ocean suitable for keen ocean swimmers. Thank you ladies for your kindness.

The style of the twin room doesn’t match the modern interior of the main reception and dining room. The room is in need of an upgrade. There was construction at the property next door and on the pathway that leads to the market square. Whilst this is not in the control of the owner, it did spoil my stay and I ended up moving to a different location. Rates should be adjusted for these circumstances.

Amazing views. Very well situated in Ermoupoli. Very close to the market square and other tourist attractions. There was a wide variety of breakfast options - most of which made from scratch by the owner.

We were travelling on foot and this is a hilly area, so be ready for some exercise.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. A beautiful view of the ocean with a short walk to a swimming spot.

A minor thing, but the shower fixtures are vintage and a bit hard to negotiate. The whole space is very bespoke and delicate, so we were often in a bit of a "let's be careful" posture while staying.

Arguably the most superior sea views in all of Ermoupoli. We stayed in the King's Suite, and the balcony views were sweeping, dramatic, humbling. There is extraordinary attention to detail throughout the hotel, and it's a personal, familial effort. The family provides homemade jams, breads, confectionaries (sweet spoons) they've made throughout the year from their own gardens elsewhere in the city.

We had the only room without a balcony ( non available at the time of booking) Plus there is no shared / communal out side space to use. Therefore missed that outside glass of wine at sunset or cold one at beer o’clock. Quite a loss given the location.

Beautifully presented. Lovely sea views. Fabulous service. Room cleaned spotlessly every day with fresh towels. Comfortable and enjoyable. Good location but a walk up the hill all the way from the port.

The perfect place in a perfect island. Everything was exceptional. The carefully renovated neoclassical building by the sea overlooking the almost private beach, the family owing the place taking care of every detail. The breakfast was excellent. We have also been upgraded to the room with the balcony looking over the Aegean and the neighboring islands. It was the top experience of our vacation.

Nice small hotel, peaceful, very friendly staff. Walking to the bus to get to all beaches around was easy even in the hot weather. The view from the hotel is stunning. Picture perfect!

We thoroughly loved everything about this hotel and the people. I can’t think of one thing we didn’t like!

The breakfasts were wonderful! Made to order each day and the food they used were farm to table. The hotel’s location was great, on a hill so the view was beautiful, but close enough to town to walk. Our room was very spacious and we had our own private patio. The family that owns this hotel were so nice and helpful!

Perfect small hotel. We had amazing views From the room and From big balcony over the sea. Staff was very friedly and breakfast just amazing- best ever I can say. Quit location but Easy walk to restaurants and shops. There is also a little bay where you can take a swim.

The ambiance at Arion Syros is amazing. The most beautiful boutique hotel delicately decorated. Calm but stilt vibrant - with just the right Aegean Sea feel. The staff is very friendly and does their best to pamper you. Still, it is the breath-taking sea view that blows you away.
