This lovely, authentic, fantastic spot counts on a wonderful staff which is always happy to help and accommodate any needs. The building is such an interesting spot for those looking for historical, enjoyable, real and local experiences in their trips. Breakfast is really yummy and full of wonderful local products such as yogurt and honey. The corridors, rooms and spaces in the building are well looked after and fantastic pieces to understand the extensive story of Corfu.

It was all good.

The hotel, once the residence of the Italian ambassador, is a landmark. Like other historic properties on Corfu, it shows its age, but this only adds to the charm of the property for us. The hotel is located in the center of a very small village near the local church. It is removed from the hectic pace of Corfu town. The staff were very helpful and provided us great ideas on restaurants and sites to visit. Breakfasts were overwhelming. We stayed a few days and drove to several areas on Corfu. I would stay there again if I had the opportunity to visit Corfu in the future.

Our bed was a little firm for us but I know lots of people like their bed firm.

We loved the hotel. This is not a place for people who want plastic and modern. The hotel can best be described as ‘jaded elegance’! It is delightful and the best thing about the hotel is the truly wonderful staff. It is quirky but it is wonderful.

WONDERFUL breakfast!!! The most helpful and friendly staff you can imagine. We ordered a taxi to the airport ourselves but it didn't come. The staff helped us get another taxi in less than 15 minutes. They are great!

There is no elevator which can be a problem for elderly people staying on the top floor. It can be difficult get around if you don't have a car as it is far up on a hill but it wasn't a problem for us.

Historical house converted into a hotel. Wonderful garden with swimming pool in the back. Delicious breakfast served in the garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful building with an interesting history. Lovely terrace for breakfast. Pleasant gardens with sweet little pool. Delicious and extensive breakfast. Wonderful, attentive staff who are happy to share their knowledge of Corfu.

Coffee is so so

I needed a place to disconnect and I found it here. This place is a peace of mind, full of historical vibrations, surrounded by nature, super friendly ( and genuine ) staff . Breakfast was made from the garden and was delicious. I enjoyed my time reading, having diner in the small taverna on the small square with a delicious dish of the day. My bedroom was cute, bed is great! I will come back for sure if I need a peace of mind

I can't praise the staff enough. So accommodating & thoughtful. I was made to feel like a VIP from my after hours check in until my departure. The breakfast was not only fabulous but very generous. Our room was in the attic where the windows are small so the room was quite dark.

Beautiful old building, with clean rooms and with very kind staff. The location is great if you have a car but the bus stop is also not far.
