We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe difficulty in finding it. Also not being able to leave a light on in the bathroom because it was connected to the fan.
This is a lovely old house in the centre of Leonidio. However we found it very difficult to find and I think there should be a better sign on the hotel which is on the Main Street and actually has a neon ERGO sign on it belonging to a shop. Once we got in we were fine and had a nice stay.

United StatesThis mansion was built two hundred years ago by a wealthy ship builder. Greece’s first king, King Otto, was a guest at the mansion and slept in the same bedroom we were assigned. The gorgeous bedroom has a four-poster bed, tall casement windows overlooking a central patio with a water fountain, and a ceiling that starts about twenty feet up. The charming town of Leonidio is a climbing center because of its location near towering rock cliffs. Wonderful breakfast.

ItalyI don't like the bathroom It is too small above all the sink, it isn't impossible also to wash the teeth without throw out of the sink water and other!! The spiral staircase isn't the top to bring our luggage in the room, overall if you have medium and heavy luggage.

This is a lovely hotel, right in the center of Leonidio. The staff were very welcoming and great. The breakfast was amazing. The whole property is beautiful. The room was a bit small. The bathroom really needs an update- very tired and not very clean, including the toilet.

GreeceThe building is nice and well preserved and it was interesting to stay in the room. Be prepared though for small windows and not a lot of light in the room. It is located very centrally in the village so everything is accessible on foot. Breakfast was good though it got kind of crowded inside, it was a rainy day and at around 9 when many people came for breakfast they couldn't all fit in the hall, it seemed that they were a little unprepared for that.

United StatesBecause it is in the heart of an old city, you have to park a block away. The outside public areas were marred by numerous smokers.
Well located on a shopping street with many small businesses. Truly a unique property with beautiful and interesting areas outside for sitting. Our room had a stone arch ceiling. Public areas had interesting stone work and beautiful plants.
