the room was good the veiw was amayzing except that the ped was not king or queen as we request, it was 2 single bed put together to be one bed and keeps sliding apart which was uncomfortable to me and my husband, the rest was very good we had a good time.

Couple of the spa buttons didn't work in the spa pool.

Staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful especially the receptionist. Outdoor spaces were excellent, plenty of seating and lounge options. Very clean and spacious.

The building itself is showing its age a bit. The elevators occasionally get stuck. The staff, it appears, is aware of the hotel's shortcomings, and does its best to compensate for it, successfully. Our room had no wifi reception, so we were quickly moved to a different (and upgraded) room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food selection was a bit limited, but delicious. The view of the sea is phenomenal. We were offered complimentary lunch and dinner.

Some of the food on the buffet was cold rather than hot eg breakfast fried and scrambled eggs.

The hospitality was excellent and the staff was very kind. They offered us room upgrade for free and the next day free lunch. Whatever we asked they were willing to provide it with kindness and positive energy! Very nice pool and the location was excellent. We passed a great weekend and felt like we were on an island. Congratulations to the whole staff!!!

The pool isn't heated so it was very cold but it was nice to sit on the side to cool down.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. I booked an extra night last minute. They sorted it so I could have the same room for the whole stay and extended the all inclusive for me free of charge. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. I had a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool was very quiet which was nice and you could also access the beach quite easily.

the safe in the room was not safe, as it used the room entry key-card, so we had to carry our precious stuff the water stream was weak, the music was a cheap American pop / electronic that added some noise to the calm and nice ripple of the sea , should have better put some authentic Greek music instead

Very nice and friendly staff, great tasty food, great location near Athens and wonderful seashore. We ordered superior room with sea view and we got upgraded upon arrival.

Only downside to the experience was the restaurant food options. The food was a bit bland and vegetarian options were limited.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the service we received was impeccable, location was pretty and close to the airport. We used the spa facilities and went for a couples massage and the team were really good and super helpful.

No, the hotel was just perfect for our stay and the staff were great.

The staff were really friendly, it was clean and really good value for money. The breakfast was good too. We spent our couple of days relaxing by the pool and we ate out locally at a restaurant along the coast towards Rafina. Lots of fish options! I noted some of the guests have wrist bands so all inculsive options may have been available. We were using the hotel as a stop over for Athens and before we headed off to Evia island. It is well located for a trip into Athens. Obviously, a bit of a journey into town to factor time for. We advise getting a taxi to the nearest train station (blue line I think) then going in the rest of the way from there, as it is clearly very busy in the city as we travelled on a Saturday. Lots of ubers/taxis available.
