No breakfast and nowhere around where one can have breakfast, the surrounding area needs upgrade.The bed racks were distorted when we arrived, we almost had an accident when laying on the bed to sleep and we had to fix it ourselves since there is no reception at the property (photo included). Internet connection not working. The bathroom and toilet area was small.

The accommodations were perfect, but I have two small complaints not very serious, though... As I have described , our rooms were located just one minute walk from the beach, where the same owner, owns sand beds and coffee bar, as well. I think that it would be nice if we had a small discount on the cost of sand beds or even a free coffee by the beach... We had to pay every day all these extras , even though our room was more than euros 100 per night. Because of the luck of electricity (not owners' fault though), we stayed without Wi-Fi for 3 days. We continuously asked to take care of that , but the reactions were poor. When the problem was finally solved it would be nice if we had a small reduction just as a gentle gesture.. As a free coffee by the beach, or one day free sand beds, or something... Please notice that we stayed for 15 days...

The apartments are located in a small village called Santa Kiriaki. They have a marvelous view to the sea and they are just one minute walk from the beach. Their rooms are equipped with everything that we could possibly want, and we had everyday cleaning lady, something that is not very common in the summer accommodation in general... The Wi-Fi was strong enough... We had everyday filling on croissants, butter marmalade coffee sugar etc...

Great cosy house in a beautiful location. The shower was excellent. Communication with the host was perfect. Nice place to stay on the south side of the island, only a 20-30 max minute drive to everything you want to explore on the island. We would highly recommend.

The view is amazing, you are literally on a very chill beach with a local taverna. There are also lots of rental boat companies on this beach. I found it very cute that they provide you with some crackers, coffee, water, and a small breakfast at no cost.

They ask me to go their tourism office because according to them gps to hotel wasnt working. I suspected its a tourist trap because their idea is to sell tours. When i arrived only thing they did about location was just sending location on whatsapp . I believe this is not a honest way of providing service. Stuff at hotel was good and everything clean. Location is so far to main things and to be honest i didnt like it but if you want a quiet atmosphere then its a good option

Shower drain was blocked the first day and never really worked properly.No Wifi during a whole week of stay.Hairs in the bed upon arrival(was cleaned by staff upon request)

They make the room every day but they don’t sweep/mope the floor every day. 5 Breakfast is only some croisant, toasts, crackers, all in packages, also 2 cups of coffee every day.

The view of the water is fantastic, the terrain a little rough, not very pretty. About the apartment… it is very basic but comfortable however, there are a few things they need to fix.. we stayed in the Apartment N.1… 1. The matress wasn"t good. It wasn"t co.mgortable. You must have a car to get to this location or a taxi has to drive you. Three times we didn"t get any coffee nor juice for breakfast. For a short time we didn"t have any water.

the bathroom smelled like a sewer. The staff were informed about this but they said that they did not have this complain before. for sure not a value for money. the road to the rooms was not good at all. Something that we were not informed about when we booked the room. When the lady came to clean the room she changed only one the two used towels. something which is unexeptable for the amount of money we paid. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone

I would add a tent to the shower to avoid watering the whole bathroom every time you shower. It would be nice to have a lamp on the bedside tables and a plug in the toilet. And also together with the breakfast food I would also add a bottle of water.

The hotel is in a very quiet area very close to the beach with an amazing view. Everyday we received some basic things to have breakfast and the apartment would get cleaned. Very helpful staff. Overall a great stay.

a very worst place - looks like under construction - only front door no window respectively a small one over the think which couldn’t be opened half - we left after one day can not recommend ☹️
