We were greeted by Debi, who was warm, friendly and so welcoming. We arrived a few hours earlier than check in time, and were offered the opportunity to start using the facilities whilst we waited for our room to be ready, our room was ready before the check in which was a real bonus. All of the staff were friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is really clean and modern , and the breakfast was delicious with so much choice. The sun terrace and pool were lovely, never any problem getting a sunbed. Great choice of drinks and snacks at the pool bar.

Everything was perfect, the staff were amazing especially Debbie. We got everything we needed, the area is quite tho close to main cities and attractions. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good. The service and staff were above all!!! Recommend very much!! We will definitely go back

The property provides excellent quiet comfort. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The pool area is beautiful and not very busy, which is very nice. Sarantari beach, Hersonissos, and Old Town Hersonissos are very close to the property. The hosts were extremely friendly and provided excellent recommendations. Would love to come back!

This is a amazing find. Very clean and modern. The staff were so lovely. We missed breakfast one day due to waking up late and when we got to the pool the staff came to us and offered food so we weren’t hungry. This hotel is 5 minute walk from the beach where there are plenty of shops and restaurants . The hotel is tucked away and private which is quiet at night with no noise. The hotel looks how it does in the pictures and if not better ! Hotel is 10 mins to Heraklion old town by car and 10 mins to the strip too! Very happy with location

Everything😀 Beautiful, very very clean, beds amazing, so modern rooms. Best shower ever. Swimming pool so clean and comfortable. Sunbeds, the bar/snacbar with awesome Marko, who always acts and serves guests as his best friends. Debe and Janni the owners are amazing hosts, taking care of you 24/7. The most happiest and caring persons. Debe is an amazing and caring and beautiful woman - always watching out for the guests. “Hi, how are you today, can I bring you something” and a minute later she’s back treating you. So warn like the whole staff. We will go back, simply because we had such a pleasant and different vacation by staying at Aqua Blue. In the beginning we were a little shocked because of the location - but it took a day to find out how comfortable and nice it was. We took taxi (the staff always took care of that) to the main street (5-8 minutes) with hundreds of restaurants- amazing restaurants. The taxi always 10 euros. It was kind of hard to leave and say goodbye to the staff and we felt we were leaving a little family.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it could not have been better. The staff is super friendly and did everything to make our stay as amazing as it was. The breakfast was fantastic. The beach and some restaurants are only a short walk away too so we didn't think it is necessary to rent a car. We are very happy and would recommend this hotel to everyone! And a big thank you to the amazing staff!

This is a little heaven for those looking for relaxation, a perfect place with beautiful owners, I booked this hotel for my birthday and I absolutely enjoyed it, I received a cake and a drink as a gift, I felt special!! it was unexpectedly nice, they think about everyone in a special way ! I will definitely be back :)

The location is more suited to those with a car as quite far from nice restaurants and beaches. Saying that, there are electric bikes to hire a 5 min walk away meaning we could explore and cycle to an area we liked 15 mins away. Really loved it!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, modern and so peaceful. I really appreciated that the music wasn’t played too loud by the pool. Everyone was there to relax.

The washed sheets and towels did not always smell fresh. Unfortunately the beaches nearby are not really nice. Therefore you need a car to drive to a more beautiful place.

The personelle was great and super friendly. The breakfast was amazing and overall the price/quality was really great.

Although everything is beautiful, some things are form over function… the safe had no power so it didn’t work, the side tables had sloping edges (not much surface area), there were no towel hooks (just a ladder)… They use small single use plastics for the shampoo/shower gel :( Bar menu (food) was not extensive and you have to have a car to stay here as there is nothing nearby.

Stunning hotel - it’s all fairly new and a lot of thought has been put into the layout and decor, everything looks beautiful! The staff are all lovely, really friendly and so helpful! Rooms spacious and beds are really comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and was always ready on time. The whole pool area is just perfect, same number of beds as there are rooms, so never needed to worry about finding space. It’s so quiet and calm - perfect!!

While the location is quiet and close to the beach, you really need a car to get around properly. But the same is true for any hotel in the region. You can pickup / dropoff the car at the hotel though, which makes it easier.

One of the best stays at any hotel I've ever had. The staff is super friendly and the manager is so nice. Quiet area, perfect breakfast, very clean pool and jacuzzi. The biggest highlight for us: It's a small hotel, it felt like we're on vacation with friends.

Our stay was AMAZING, we loved the design, everything was perfectly clean, the breakfast variety and the option to choose it kept everything fresh and tasty. The room was all we hoped for- clean, comfortable, nice shower and bed. The host Debi was so warm, kind and helpful! She did above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We highly recommend booking this adult getaway for your next stay- we will definitely book again.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely great! The hotel itself is very clean, with comfortable rooms and a very nice pool, offering all the comforts and amenities one could hope for. The breakfast experience was a highlight - not only was it tailor-made to our preferences, but the variety of options was a great surprise. One aspect we truly appreciated was the hotel's bar, which was a reliable go-to for drinks and quick snacks whenever we needed them. Everyone in the hotel (Markos, Liuba, Anna, Eleni, Yannis, and Deppy) went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their dedication and hospitality truly made this hotel feel like a home away from home. We can't thank them enough for their outstanding service and warm welcome.
