Rooms were big, clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The bathroom in the bedroom could do with a little work. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay in Kini. We took a sunset walk from the hotel down to the port of Kini, it was lovely.

There was a weird smell from the drains for a full day, and the breakfast had been oversold a little in other reviews, it was okay but not great.

Clean and the staff was nice. We’d booked a room with an ocean view and the view was indeed amazing, especially at sunset.

Good breakfast, kind people, awesome view from the balcony, small rooms, they cleaned every day the apartment,3 min from kini beach and 15 from ermoupoli,excellent choice

A little bigger room (we were 3) would help. But the balkony and view were excellent.

The location is great and view is excellent, we had a great balkony with view to the sea. The staff was responsive to problems with the room and fixed them as soon as they could. Breakfast was also on a beautiful balkony, and was very good.

Beds were a little hard

Beautiful view, excellent breakfast and staff we very kind and helpful. Really really nice hotel, we had a beautiful time having a rooftop drink and watching the sunset. Great value for money.

You really need a car to stay here. In the heat of the day it is a trek up from the beach and there are no facilities nearby or on site. I recommend a taxi from Ermoupoli rather than the bus - apparently it will stop near the top of the hill where the hotel is but they refused when we asked. It's also not well signposted from the town when walking.

The view from our room was amazing and the staff were lovely, letting me work from the lobby as the wifi wasn't working anywhere else.

Need updating . Bathroom was very old.Need better linens and pillows too! Reminded me of rooms I use to rent in mykonos in the 1980’s.

Shower needs some attention. Breakfast could be improved with minor additions like fresh fruit.

Very warm, friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. Special call out to Dimitris who is amazing and a really lovely person. Christos the owner of the hotel group is also kind & welcoming! Bonus that you can enjoy facilities of sister hotel with private beach and complimentary beach beds. Wifi was strong in room enough for video calls. Hotel is peaceful with stunning views and a short walk down the hillside to Kini beach. Walk is fine assuming you are ok with hills and steps, but there is also a regular bus.

the view from mountain to the beach just wonderful! stuff are super nice and helpful. extra point to hotel manager George that helped me to change my ferry tickets personally and rescued my holiday in big way!

They needed to warn me to lock the balcony doors open otherwise you might annoy yourself listening to the doors banging all night 😅

There was something seriously wrong with the water pipes. They kept making funny noises every 10 or so minutes even at night. We could not sleep for three nights straight. We let the reception know twice. They claimed they fixed but a few hours later we could hear it again. After complaining for a third time the problem was finally fixed but only for a night. Eventually we switched rooms. The second room was not quiet either. The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can even hear whispers from the room next to you. The beds on the second room were very uncomfortable, the mattress was hard and made weird sounds. The shower was also tiny and the drain was clogged so we ended up trying to get rid of the water late at night. The refrigerator part of the fridge was not working and it had a broken panel. All appliances in general feel either old or very cheap. We were surprised to see that there were only 3 clothespins on both rooms, one for each person. That was ridiculous. Not to mention that WiFi was only working around the reception area and kept disconnecting when entering the rooms. We could have overlooked almost half of those issues if it wasn't for the very steep price that left us disappointed. The rooms are not even worth half of the quoted price

The view was incredible, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was close to a bus stop.

Kini village and beach are beautiful. The hotel is in this area. Good value for money.
