This is an exceptional hotel in every way. We had half pension and the food overexceeded our expectations. The food was very good and varied everyday. We was upgraded to a very nice suite with our own swimmingpool. It was clean and so was the room. The staff was always very helpfull in an unstressed way. The Beach and the big pools were also exellent. Our 5 year-Old was in the children club and he quickly felt so safe and happy to be there that we could leave him with sweet Marie and her collegue even if he did not understand them speaking english or german. We will come back again soon I hope.

I was afraid we won't have enough attractions for the kids, but eventually it was found to be a perfect choice. Apollo Blue has the quiet and premium look we wanted but in parallel has the near by Apollo beach facilities when you're looking for attractions for the kids and "junk" lunch. The hotel itself is spacious but still everything seems close due to the rounded shape. Faliraki main street is 2 steps away, very accessible for strollers. The biggest hotel advantage are the employees, starting from the room cleaners to the dinning room workers, all were so friendly and welcoming, such a joy to meet each one of them in the morning.

Food - We had the all-inclusive package. We felt like the hotel's food was inconsistent and could have improved overall. Some dinners/launches were good and some were pretty bad, breakfast was basic. Room - I think the rooms deserve an upgrade: the shower head was very old and needed replacement. The small fridge was almost not cooling at all. the TV was very old and small. Bed - On the one hand we were upgraded to a better room with a pool, it was an awesome upgrade! on the other hand, we didn't get a queen-sized bed but 2 separate beds "connected" together and it was a bit disappointing. Cleaning - The whole hotel is very clean and upon first arrival the room was clean, but during our stay, the cleaning of the room was going down from day to day... The floor under the beds was very dirty and dusty and had probably not been clean for a very long while GYM hours - I don't see any reason not to allow access to the gym at all times of the day. Instead, the hours of the gym are between 08:00 - 18:00

Staff - They were all very nice and smiling and helped us with every request Room upgrade - upon check-in we were upgraded to a better room with a pool, it was an awesome upgrade! We had our own private pool in the room - it was great! The room itself was big and comfortable, with a lot of storage space. We also liked the outdoor porch and the porch furniture Food - It was nice to have food and snacks available for us during all hours of the day in different locations of the hotel and neighboring hotel (Appollo Beach). Location - Absolutely the best location on the Island GYM - Pretty good gym for a hotel in general Cleanings - Overall very clean

I could have missed this information but I was unaware of the smart causal dress code for dinner. Had I known, I would have packed nicer outfits. Not a big deal though!

The room was large and comfortable and had a great view of the sunrise. We went with the half-board option so we got to enjoy the hearty meals that varied daily. Stavros and the rest of the staff took great care of us! Poolside, there were many lounges and they were clean with easy access to the bar and beach. The beach was sandy with clear waters, so that’s always a win. The hotel was also on a few bus routes, making it easy to get to the Old Town for a wander.

Apart from a shallow pool for children, there are no facilities or anything special for toddlers and that was missing

The hotel is simply great, we didn't want to leave it and we didn't allow it to be necessary, the food is very tasty and varied, every day there is a different and plentiful menu and the staff only wants to help and provide service wholeheartedly

Very few things actually. Our air conditioning was quite weak but as it wasn't very hot yet in May, we just opened the window instead - to be fair we did not complain about it so we don't know what the reaction would have been, but I'm sure they would have found a solution. The children's play room was closed, which was also a bit sad as it looked interesting and there were not many children-specific areas (apart from the baby pool) on the hotel grounds.

The rooms and pools have a nice design and setup, it makes it feel very park-like and not like a large tourist accommodation. The food was nice, and with the all inclusive package there are a lot of different food and drink choices all the time. It doesn't get boring at all.

Was missing beds near the beach.

We booked a vacation for 6 days with a toddler. Everything was perfect they cleaned and fixed our room twice a day. The hotel has 3 pools and a great one for kids. The inside pool in the spa area is perfect and all the equipment in the gym is brand new and in perfect condition. The breakfast with various options - changed each day, was with different vegetables and fruits.

Most of the things were very good. In breakfast sometimes some members of the stuff were grumpy . In one breakfast we waited for our coffee 20 mins. But the overall experience was wonderful

Rigidity of the rules with regard to meals. Hotel caters for all inclusive packages. This made it difficult to dine at the hotel outside the all inclusive package. We dined at the hotel for dinner one night and the food quality was not to a high standard as it was buffet.

Great location by the beach. Lovely swimming pools, including a number of private pools connected to rooms. Hotel was one of the cleanest we ever stayed in. Great quality of sleep. Great barman at the hotel bar!

The air conditioner in our room was very weak. It didnt bother us because we were in April The food could use a little upgrade and more variety Maybe because we were at low season but the place need more activities for children

We were family with 2 kids age 9 and 2 on April and stayed at "all inclusive" room The staff was very friendly, the dining rooms are very pleasent, there are a few bars that you can grab drinks The room was spacious and clean The hotel is built in a way that all rooms are pretty close to the dining room, and to the pool Hotel has private beach Gym is nice The pool is heated to around 26 celcious You can use the facilities of the adjacent hotel, they have ping pong table, tennis court, football court, small kids playground

A little bit cold swimming pool. Only one local beer on the tap.

Huge modern hotel, but not crowded, excellent location next to the beach. Very nice room with two separable sections and direct access to the garden and swimming pool. Own sand beach only for the hotel. Friendly staff and perfect food including local fish. Culture programs almost every evening (the best were opera singers last night).

The only thing I didn't like was the small ants coming into the room but since we had a bottom garden room it was to be expected.

Birthday treat in Rhodes I would highly recommend this hotel its kept clean by the incredible team of cleaning staff,the restaurant is imacculat and great selection of breakfast available my favorite place was the spa and around the outdoor pool,staff in the pool bar where amazing singing and dancing when a thunderstorm came along everyone joined in singing 5* to all staff who work here it was a pleasure to stay here and will hopefully be a longer stay next time.

Nice ambience to the hotel! Great facilites, very clean. Nice pools & great sandy (not stony) beach - with good access to the sea. Nice comfortable & clean room. Bathroom was a good size - plus had shower & bath tub. We also had a little garden with a pool. Dinner buffet was excellent - and the foods was great, and staff very attentive
