As a vegan, I didn't have enough variety in the dishes. Salad and pasta were available every day, but for a hotel of this level, I thought there would be more consideration for vegans.

Beautiful hotel, clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, the pools are super clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are good, variation of dishes if you are not vegan. A bus to Rhodes city passes near the hotel.

The soft drinks like cola or tonic water were served in glasses (so from some opened bottle) and so they had less gas.

The bedroom is huge and so is the bathroom. The hotel amenities are great. The restaurant buffet has such a diversity of delicious food! The pool is big and the hotel has enough sunbeds to everyone. It’s not crowded. Same for the beach.

We have stayed before in 5* hotels all over the world and this was definitely not a 5* one. Customer service and food selection are poor, room was ok but looked old, there are ants even on the 2nd floor rooms. We have paid for a room with shared pool, only those rooms supposed to use it, but of course everyone else used it and when "complained at the reception" they said there is nothing they can do about it, so a waste of money.

The hotel itself is beautiful, there is direct access to the beach/sea, pools are nice, location is very good. Seaside is clean and even in August it was not crowded.

The all inclusive concept does not have too much of variety for lunch. However Dinner and Breakfast are great.

Great Location in Faliraki far from Rhodes around 20 minutes by car. Overall Excellent (and very quiet), very nice beach and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. Nice gym and SPA! Easy access to Faliraki and nearby locals and restaurants.

We had a perfect stay. Excellent (and quiet pool), very nice beach and friendly staff. Comfortable and extremely clean rooms. Nice gym! Easy access to Faliraki and restaurants. Easy access and parking.

The all inclusive is not suitable for thos type of hotel, not much of variety and not so accessible. The pool water level is the same all around so kinds under 1.1m cannot stand easly which makes it alittle beat uncomfortable

High end hotel, amazing food with lots of attantion to details. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The room and the hotel facilties are clean and tidy.

the only con would be the loud party music on Sunday night, lasting until 10:45pm. With small kids it was very annoying!

The immediate vicinity of the hotel is a bit shabby, but it didn't affect the pleasant stay.

Every meal, drinks, snacks throughout our all-inclusive stay was very good quality, varied and plenty. The large central pool was absolutely perfect for swimming, play, and sunbathing. Access to the crystal clear and warm sandy beach was effortless.

Very minor thing but no hair conditioner in bathroom. Shampoo, shower gel and body lotion but no conditioner.
