We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe beds are not very comfortable, need some improvements I've been to this hotel many times, it's starting to get a bit used vs how it was 2-3 years ago, so I would recommend new beds, as they were very worn and not comfortable.

This hotel is perfect. I have stayed here several times now and from the minute you walk in the door it is nothing but a pleasure. The staff are welcoming and professional. I introduced my Greek hotelier friend to the Antigon and now he will not stay anywhere else in Thessaloniki. The bed is one of the best I have slept on- I have copied them in my rental villas on Thassos and receive endless compliments about their comfort. The room has a small balcony which i like for sitting and reading. The location is excellent too and it has parking behind which is a rarity in this busy city. I recommend this hotel highly and look forward to my next stay.

GreeceThe hotel's location is excellent, nice rooms, and breakfast is good value. All the staff, receptionists, bar and breakfast staff - also the cleaners - are helpful, friendly and polite. It is a nice touch to have a welcome drink, and many staff remembered us from previous visits. When the internet did not work in our room, Dimitris P. came very soon to try and fix the problem. When it was not possible, he organised our move to another room. We shall certainly stay there again.

BulgariaThe hotel could upgrade the restaurant to be pet friendly as well for true pet friendly experience. Of course, all that for pets with respective acceptable behaviours.
Overall pretty good experience - generally nice staff, clean room, relatively quiet. What did stand out for us were 1. the usage of parking space in the downtown of the city, 2. pet friendly, 3. each necessary accommodation and hygienic amenities plus additional ones like coffee & tea.

TurkeyNothing. There was just a small thing that at the suit room, the room smelled like a detergent or disinfectant but we did not let them know and just opened the balcony door for ventilation.
Rooms are clean and the bed is really comfortable. We stayed at this hotel on the 23rd of May for 1 night and then came back on the 27th. On the 27the we were upgraded to the suit room with balcony which comforted us very much. The staff is very attentive, helped us with our restaurant reservations.
