Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

A lovely family owned hotel with the best hospitality. I loved the hot tub on our balcony and the room was gorgeous, spacious and so comfy. The location was also perfect! So close to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants.

CanadaThe shower has no door, perhaps not an issue for a couple, as friends we had to be "very comfy" with each other.
The property is lovely, the location is great, yes, the amenities are the full sized Clarins products, but the highlights were the staff, friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable, they make you feel home!

The staff is awesome and super helpful! Gave us great pointers on where to go and what wasn’t exciting for the time of year we were here (May). We had a blast and highly recommend Angels Pillow.

United KingdomThe only slight downfall was the fact you could hear people in the surrounding rooms.
Due to the weather the day we arrived our ferry from Mykonos to Paros was cancelled meaning we were a day late to the hotel. For missing a night we received a free room upgrade and bottle of wine! Great hotel , great facilities and a lot of choice at breakfast. Also a great location with stunning views. Will definitely return.

We loved our room, it was so clean and comfortable! Everything was well thought out, with lovely Clarins toiletries, a really comfortable bed, big fluffy towels, extra flip flops and a smart tv etc. The staff members were all really friendly and helpful, Spiros in particular took the time to show us around and give us recommendations on places to go and he was just really lovely and friendly. The hotel location is great, it is within walking distance to a nice beach and is also within walking distance of the town and harbour which is so beautiful! We also loved all of the cats around :)

CanadaNothing to note for us the hotel was exactly what we were hoping for.
This property is beautiful, the amenities are top tier and the staff (family) who run the hotel were amazing. Each morning you can start your day with a nice selection of breakfast items, the pool area is just as pictured and great to spend some time soaking up the sun on a warm Greek day, the rooms are clean, spacious the beds are so comfortable. It’s a short 5 min walk into the busy (shopping and restaurants) part of town and about a 2 min walk to the closest beach so the location is great. Paradise on Paros

IrelandThe pool could be a little bigger, I would say it would be very busy in high season. Not a problem for us though as there wasn’t many people there in low season.
The staff kindly upgraded our room as we were on our honeymoon, the sea view was exceptional. The room was clean and spacious and the shower was really cool it was in a little cave in the room . They provided Clarins products for free which was such a nice touch. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were so kind, informative and couldn’t help you enough. It was a 3 min walk to Nassau village which was so handy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

New ZealandTo be honest i cant find fault with this hotel. If I had to say something it would be to suggest they find a way of keeping the eggs etc hot for breakfast. ( Paros is windy and the mini flames kept blowing out. ) very minor
A family run business who went out of their way to assist with any requests. They have a great knowledge of the island and recommended top scenic spots/ beaches & restaurants. The room was clean with a lovely view out to the sea. Great shower and amenities to use. We drained the spa bath as we didn't want to use which they didn't mind. Great location 5 minute walk into Naousa,: a store for groceries etc and local car rental 1 minute walk away.( which I recommend) Easy parking at the hotel. The pool is perfect out of the wind and quiet.

United KingdomThe hot items like the bacon and eggs were not hot enough even although they were in a chafing dish. The fried eggs could be made to order so that they are fresh and not sitting there for a while. Cocktails at pool served in a plastic tumbler but would be nicer in a plastic goblet/ suitably shaped glass.
The location was excellent. There was a good choice of pastries, cakes, fruit, ham and lovely fresh orange juice and water. Tea and coffee were readily available with an unlimited supply of each. Pleasant staff always on hand to explain what was available. The bedroom furnishings were gorgeous . The cave shower was amazing . Lovely pool area . Staff go above and beyond to make your stay special . See you all next year.

The staff were phenomenal I hurt my back on route to the hotel very badly and they managed to locate a physio that was able to come to the hotel and assist me. The breakfast is great, room facilities were excellent. We had a pool room and it was great for acesss. There’s a pool bar (try the frozen margarita) which is run all day and offer food. The hotel it’s it’s a short (10-15 mins) walk to naoussa bus stop which makes it easy to access the port and whole island. There is a beach a short walk away which is nice and an excellent Italian with sea views across the road. I did not want to leave!!

The staff (Greg, Christos, Helena, Tassoss) are gorgeous people. Greg is a legend and particularly made my stay very special. Christos has lots of excellent suggestions for restaurants (listen to him he knows what he’s talking about 💕) the vibe of the hotel feels like you’re staying with friends. It’s so lovely, the people make you feel so welcome. As a result the type of clientele that they attract are equally as chill. It’s such a beautiful place. Everything is fantastic, the location is really good for people that don’t drive too. Everything is so close by. Highly recommended, come, you won’t regret it. 🇬🇷✨💕❤️🔥🔥🔥
