We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCleaners who did our room could have been more thorough. We had coffee making facilities but never had clean cups, ashtrays wasn’t emptied. Shower is not the best and could have been very dangerous for some.

IrelandI thought the shower facilities were awkward….having to climb in and out of the bath was not ideal and I thought the towels were jaded and has seen better days.
The breakfast was very good and the pool was also of a high standard. The location was very convenient to everything and the staff at reception were very professional and proficient and pleasant.

SwitzerlandThe doors banging which eventually stopped around midnight, the furnitures are a bit dated, the bathroom could be renovated and the aircon was not working when I arrived but eventually got fixed. But all was working so overall good experience.

Excellent hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. Every day they cleaned the room and made sure we were comfortable. Amazing pool, good breakfast, lovely staff and very nice gym. The hotel has a beautiful lobby where you can sit and also outdoor seating areas, close to restaurants and places of entertainment
