Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BulgariaCleaning can see some improvement in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Parking is very difficult around the flat, so prepare to spend 20+ minutes looking for a parking spot. We had to park about 20 min walking from the flat.
Quick and easy self check in. The location is quite good for pedestrians - super close to the White Toqer and the city center. A lot of nice restaurants and bars around. Also the flat is quite spacious.

We were supposed to arrive one day latter than the night we spent at the apartment, with no possibility to cancel for free through Booking but they helped us and we managed to make it happen anyway without losing our money.

North MacedoniaA/C in the living room smelled terrible when turned on. Probably not cleaned for a long time. Bad sheets were washed but has permanent dark stains all over, was not very pleasant to see. Toilet was clean but had some bad smell overally.
Location was perfect. 24/7 shop in 100 metres from the apartment.

BulgariaThere were no hangers near the front door to leave our coats, there was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe and absolutely no place to hang the towels in the bathroom. These are small thing which can be easily arranged to improve the confort of the guests. The check in was supposed to be at 3 pm, we got a message that the apartment would be ready by 5 pm but we didn't get instruction for the address and the entrance code and I had to call the facility and wait for the code in front of the building at 5:30. The locker with the key is not easily opened. The entrance of the building has this unpleasant smell of mold coming from the basement typical for old buildings.

RomaniaWe stayed one night at the appartment and there was a concert across the street untill late in the night and couldn’t get a proper sleep. it’s not amyone’s fault but if you need a good night rest it’s best you inquire if there are any concerts during your stay. I would have loved to find a bottle of cold water in the fridge after the long drive there.
The property has all the facilities you could need, it is very clean and is near various private parking parks.
