Only con is that we didn’t have a kettle or duvet, only sheets. But there was a little stove to boil water and a blanket for the bed so it wasn’t too bad.

The location was perfect- right by the restaurants, port and buses. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was also great to have a kitchen and it was great value for money.

The host lacked communication and did not reply to any of the questions I messaged. We arrived a day late due to delayed ferries and even though we had paid for the night before, we had to wait until check in time to check in at 3pm, and when we arrived they said no one was available to show us the accommodation until 4pm, which was just a waste of time. We left our bags at the office as luggage storage before we left and came back to find them closed at 6pm even when they said they were open until 9pm. We almost missed our ferry because we couldn’t get our luggage.

It's a little noisy if you have loud apartment neighbors but all in all fine. When I arrived I only met the owner which wasn't that nice and not very helpful, but the guy showing me the room (staff) was super nice. The Wifi in the apartment rarely worked which was not very good since I needed to organize some stuff.

The staff was super nice, cleaned the room everyday! The apartment is therefore very clean and has everything you need! The apartment is very close to a beach and the port and has a cheap and good cafe just around the corner. Also very close to very nice restaurants. It was perfect because it is in walking distance to the port so when you arrive you can easily reach the apartment.

The checkin was not good. We waited around for over an hour to be checked in. There is no staff on site to contact. Badly equipped kitchen and towels were not replaced.

Inconsistent water pressure and temperature. Rooms were not equipped equably: blankets, hair dryers, hangers. Inefficient use of stove to heat water for coffee.

The shower had no divider and therefore water got all over the floor. The bathroom ceilings were very low, not ideal for tall people.

Upon arrival we met with the staff and were brought to our room. Unfortunately they had us booked in a small room without a kitchen, which didn't meet the conditions of the booking. When we brought this to the attention of the staff they apologized and proceeded to prepare an alternative that met the conditions of the booking. Shortly after, we were brought to our lovely traditional apartment, perfectly located on a quiet road in the city center. The terrace seating was very cute and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and clean. The linens were clean and refreshed during our visit. The kitchen had all the basics needed to cook and eat. The apartment was spacious and traditionally decorated. The staff members were all very kind and helpful. Overall a very nice experience!

There was no reception in the hotel, so I had to call someone to check in. The assigned room is different from the reservation. I reserved a superior room and gave it to a regular room. He called the staff and asked to change rooms, he said there was no room, he could cancel the order and let us go somewhere else... Then I stressed that I just wanted to change to the room I had reserved, and he said to call me back in 10 minutes but never called me back. The next morning, at 8 a.m., I got an email asking me to check out, and I called to say we had booked two nights, not one. I waited an hour to call back and I could still live there that night. Management chaos, dare not come back

The property is walking distance to the port with luggage. Room was immaculately presented and hygienically clean. The staff are so approachable, friendly, allow you to store your luggage… Numerous electronically ports which is important for charging electrical devices Absolutely value for money A street back from the waterfront it provides breeze, quiet and free parking for my quad in the free carpark next door. Communication is prompt. Room cleaned daily which was unexpected. Flat location with a range of shops, restaurants, car hire and everything at your door within a 5 minute walk. Had a large bottle of water chilled in the fridge when I arrived- great touch. Loved my stay.

No even close to the pictures. In the pictures it looks like a really big space and a couple of rooms, kitchen in a separate room and so on, someone I know got a much better apartment for around the same price . Not so good of a value

We paid for a superior studio room & for 2 days were dumped in a double room, very small no facilities for meals. They ignored our numerous requests for a refund on the price difference we had to eat out for 2 days, very expensive in Milos. When we moved finally after 2 days, no lights working in our superior studio, kettle broken. Coffee Machine, broken, some kitchen stuff broken &missing wine glasses. Had to contact someone in Athens that made them get off butt and fix things & we used a saucepan to boil water. Another day the first day in our studio made us upset again. No communication replied to in writing ever. Their make staff when they dropped off new clients ignored us after all of the above.

No shower curtain around the shower meant the whole bathroom got wet every time, even when you tried to stop it! Was strange!

Staff were amazing and helpful, changed our room promptly when we got there and the air con remote batteries were not working. Had a fridge, stove and oven if need be. Comfy beds. Short walking location to anywhere in Adamas, made everything so easy. Beds made every day. Highly recommend.

The bathroom doesn’t have a shower, only a loose hose. So you have to take a “shower” like a pig in a pigsty. Which is a scam, as the publication says “shower” very clearly. It’s very hard to rest and sleep because of the noise of the people. Also there is no privacy since the windows goes to a public balcony (that anyone can access from the street) so I had a creepy guy hanging out and looking to the inside of the room. There is only a little transparent curtain, that is smaller than the window itself. So everyone can see everything from the street. Also, that balcony is the only way for some people to access their doors, so they were throwing the chairs and the table towards my window all day long (and also in the night). It is the only window in the studio, and I had to keep close the wooden shutter at all times, having no sun light like a vampire. I didn’t feel safe at all. The cherry on the top was when the people working there forced my door and saw me naked because they said the check out was until 11 (when it clearly says it is until 11:30). And their way to solve it was to knock my door, not answering when asked who it was and just keep forcing the door until it was opened. A complete nightmare.
