Very cozy room with a fantastic sea view. Traditional decoration and a small kitchenette with available utensils for small meals preparation. Beds are located high on a traditional 'sofa', nice for 2 persons, but a bit tight for our family of 3. The Wi-Fi connection did not disappoint, as cell phone internet signal was weak. The Guest House is located just a few meters from the main village square and very close to all restaurants. An ideal place to stay in Olympos.

The sheets could be of better quality and of the usual for hotels white color and not with patterns. There is no fridge in the room but there is a small common kitchen next to it.

there was no TV and air conditioning/fan. the sheets were also too old and synthetic. even the location is good it was hard to carry all the luggage from the parking to the room. check in and out was with a lockbox so there was interaction with anybody. nobody asked if everything is ok or if I need help to bring my suitcase

I have to definitely recommend this house for holiday. Clean, traditional, absolutely gorgeous view!!!! The sunset was stunning!! I slept like a baby with sound of the sea and the mountain wind:) A little bit chaos with the key, but immediately solved.

The location of the room is great, in the heart of the lovely village of Olympos. What amazed us was the view from our room. I wish I had stayed there longer. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the facilities where more than great. Will visit again.

The kitchen was a bit basic, and an extra warm blanket would have been nice this late in the season.

Hard to find the owner by phone or message before the arrival. However, at the studios there was a vary friendly lady ready to help.

The room has excessive humidity resulting in strong musty smell. Although you can expect humidity in such old houses, unfortunately, no air conditioning or dehumidifier have been installed to reduce the problem. Further, the room has no soundproof. It can be very noisy, especially if the neighbours are not conscious. All these make sleep at night very difficult. Unfortunately, such problems are serious and make our stay very uncomfortable.

They gave us the wrong room to stay made us feel very uncomfortable and anxious during our holidays. The owner was nowhere to be found. His telephone number was not working. We had paid a lot of money to have a terrace ad they gave us nothing. We called up the Booking. Com to complain and sent them pics and told them what had happened asked them to do something. They tried to but they could find the owner either. They sent him email as had we. We were just about to go to the police when a lady appeared apologizing giving us the right room to sleep. It was her first day at work but it wasn’t her fault. If u see the comments of this hotel it’s filled with negative comments with tourists having the same problem with the owner as we did. I should read the comments more often. Anyway the new room was ok with super terrace but very dirty kitchen and bathroom. They made us feel for many hours very sad and that is why we give them negative remark. When u are no professional stay away from tourists.

We didn't have the chance (?!!?) to stay at the room we booked!!!! though we booked it 6 months ago and was paid two weeks before our arrival day. We found out that the owner had settled others in our room,, when we contacted him two hours before our arrival time, just at 14:00. Not to mention the use of cheap excuses and many different scenarios of what happened. He "offered" to give our money back so we could find another room, by ourselves, like it was our responsibility and only after our insistence, he found and settled us to another room, obviously worthing less. Every effort to contact him after that, was, simply, impossible. We booked and paid for a room with a sea view on a peaceful part of the village and we end up waking up at 6 o'clock in the morning, in a room on the most busy part, the entrance of the village, overlooking the cemetery.

the host didn’t seem too bothered about when and how we would arrive. i was charged the amount a few days before arriving but had zero details about how to reach the property until I called. post me contacting them I received an email with instructions. the property is quite a walk, so if you have luggage, have a disability or need help, good luck! no help is offered. a key is in a drop box that is explained on the email. I would only stay here again for the views. otherwise I consider the service very poor.

the view is exceptional. Olympos though I’m general is very overrated.
