The door of the toilet couldn’t lock and it is glass thus when you want to go to the toilet the rest of the family should go outside in order to feel comfortable

The service was incredible ….Ina and Ioanna couldn’t do enough for us … booked all our restaurants and arranged trips and Ioanna makes the best Ice cappuccino in Andros.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. All the staff were very friendly, and made sure we felt very welcome. Our room was large, well equipped and modern, with a balcony with amazing sea view. The kids loved the pool area. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to beautiful Andros.

The bathroom door couldn’t be locked or fully closed, and the room sometimes felt a bit too humid.

The room was very good and had almost everything I needed for a short stay. The air conditioning was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything I asked them.

The parking is not so convenient, hard to exit from the parking.

Relatively minor stuff. We had issues with the thermostat, it did not appear to be working most of the time. Weather outside was cool/dry enough most of the time that we preferred the windows anyway, and the one night that it was rainy, the A/C was working just fine. The "rain" shower head was not secure in the ceiling, and the way the shower is oriented it's very difficult not to make the whole bathroom pretty wet with water splashing/flowing out of the walk-in shower. I realize this is a lot of words in the negative box, but I wanted to provide full context, it really was a great stay!

Very nice, clean, new-ish hotel on the outer edges of Chora, easy walking distance to the main areas. We got engaged shortly before our stay and the hotel greeted us with a lovely card and some little treats. Throughout our stay, staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and available. The view from our room was incredible and matched the photos.

Nothing, everything was wonderful, although we would have loved to have met the beautiful Labrador Sheldon more often :)

We had a garden view room which was perfect as our outdoor patio area extended onto some fake grass that had the sun most of the day and looked out onto the mountains with a peek of the sea. As it was raised up from the main road it was overlooked by one house opposite but otherwise was nice and private. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with hob, kettle and fridge in the small but adequate kitchen area. The hosts were beyond friendly and helpful and breakfast was generous and delicious. The location is good, about a 5-7 minute walk to the main strip which had some amazing hiking trails off it to the north and down to Korthiou Bay - we highly recommend routes 2, 8 and 3. There was a private pool area which was a little cold for the end of March but I imagine would be amazing in the height of summer.

Nice views. Pets are allowed. They also have a local dog that is extremely friendly, he would bring you a white stone each time you come for breakfast, just as a greeting. Breakfast consists of coffee and tea, eggs and pastry.

Very well located for Andros chora, and walking in the surrounding area. Excellent, very helpful and friendly staff, especially the multilingual Mando , who took the time to assist every guest, whether they wanted ideas of where to walk, or wanted to learn Greek! Comfy beds!

My only small criticism is that the poolside bedroom would probably benefit from fuller curtains.

Nothing it was all perfect

Extra friendly and helpful staff made sure we had good info about restaurants, tours etc. breakfast was fabulous by the pool. Nothing was too much trouble for them eg early breakfast, meeting our bus etc . Room was so well designed, views spectacular.
