Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I loved this place because it’s in a great position just metres away from the sea, cafes,bars and Andrea’s’ wonderful Taverna which overlooks the beautiful Dassia Bay. My room was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in with lovely green plants and trees to look at from my large and well equipped balcony. It had very effective air con in the recent extreme heat and the whole building is wonderfully cool and quiet. There is parking and the staff are all very kind, helpful and efficient. Andreas Taverna is a must but you will need to book ahead as it is so popular. Thanks so much for a lovely, restful stay…I’ve already re-booked.

The location is great - only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It’s very clean but is typically Greek accommodation.

SerbiaThe beds are a little soft for my taste. At least a small cooker is needed to make breakfast. It would be better if the bathroom was a little bigger. Otherwise, we are very satisfied.
We found the apartment very easily, it is located in a pleasant courtyard with a lot of greenery in the surrounding area. A spacious apartment for two people with a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The owners own a restaurant that has excellent cuisine, fast service and is very popular. Also some sunbeds that they take for their guests, so you can always use the sunbeds on the beach. The apartments and the building itself are cleaned every day.

Very nice host with a great restaurant nearby. They have helped us with everything we needed. Apartment was cleaned everyday and it had everything you need. Location is perfect, literally 30 sec walk to the sea. It is a great place to be your base for traveling through the island. Neat apartment is Joy Market and a bus station for Kerykira or nearby beaches.

Andreas and his family are perfect hosts. kostantina gave us many suggestions about the best beaches and restaurants of the island. She works as a tour guide so if you want to discover the beauty of Corfù, I recommend you to join one of her tours. The hotel is in a very good position, just 50 m from the nearest beach and only 20/30 m from some amazing wild beaches. The restaurant of the hotel has fresh and delicious fish. Our holiday was wonderful! I recommend this place.

Great location!Very clean, excelent conection with local buses, supermarket nearby, very nice room with small kitcken and everything you need!The owner also have a restaurant nearby were the food was great!They helped us with everything we needed and with airoport transfer even though we had to check out at 4.00 am due to an early flight!We would definetely recommend the hotel staff and the owner!We had a great vacation in Corfu!!!!!Special thanks for Mr Andreas for being a good host!!!!!

SerbiaThe only minus of our stay was that the cutlery and plates in our room were dusty, but that was just a minor inconvenience, not a big deal.
Andreas house is a great place, very close to the sea and shops in Dassia. The room has everything you need for a pleasant vacation and Andreas and his family are very nice people, ready to help with everything. The restaurant is also great, you have to try their food and you can use their sunbeds. The public beach in Dassia is also nearby and it provides natural shade from 100-year-old olive trees.
