The location, space, surroundings and room's decor were all fantastic for this mountain experience. We loved it. Owners were very friendly and advise they supplied was fantastic. Added bonus of free breakfast snacks was just lovely.

Fantastic houses at a magical place surrounded by nature. Hosts were amazing providing us everything we needed! We had really great time and we will definitely come back again! If you want to stay near Dimitsana look nowhere else!

Everything was perfect! Great location, convenient traditional rooms, gentle and helpful staff. The best vfm option for somebody who wants to visit the beautiful village of Dimitsana and feel stress-free next to River Lousios at the same time. The spacious private parking space is one of the great advantages of this guesthouse too.

The breakfast could have been better - it was basic (bread, jam etc., and cake).

The hotel was very spacious - both within the rooms and the shared courtyard, which was wonderful for kids to explore and play. The rooms were comfortable with all the relevant amenities. The location was just outside town which was very convenient and meant that it was quiet.

Fully equipped traditional rooms surrounded by the nature. They offer you some real quality rest and off stress time. This guesthouse is also only a five minute drive away from the centre of graphic Dimitsana and has a spacious parking space for the customers' vehicles. Our breakfast contained everything we needed in order to begin our day properly. It was also free of charge. In addition the room was extremely clean everyday and everybody was there for us in order to help us in the most polite way! Totally recomended for both couples and families.

Amazing guesthouse near Dimitsana and along Lousios river. The hosts were very friendly and informed us about anything we asked. Our room was also clean and the breakfast was contained from all the necessary ingredients. All of them were of high quality. The surrounding place and nature offered us a quiet and peaceful accommodation too!

It was difficult to drive up the steep path and turn right onto main road into the local town which is not within walking distance. In pouring rain it was easy to miss the small signpost!

The room was in a lovely quiet location ( unfortunately the weather prevented us from benefitting from it!). The owner, without any english, showed us very kindly all the amenities. Breakfast food was provided.

I stayed here six years ago and loved it so much I wanted to stay again. These beautiful stone guesthouses are surrounded by lovely gardens, a big picnic area, with mountains all around. It was again an absolute pleasure to stay here, the rooms are very large, with front and rear decks, and it is so peaceful and relaxing. Even the bathroom looks out over the magnificent mountains of Dimitsana. Only a couple of minutes from the historic centre and great restaurants, this is a secret haven in the middle of nature.

We spent two wonderful days! The whole personnel of the guesthouse treated us with the most gentle way they could. Our room was awesome, as it combined all the necessary for today's days and a traditional character. Also, when we left the guesthouse and then returned, our room was super clean! The people cleaning the rooms had a great job. Our breakfast was refreshed everyday too. Lastly, the environment surrounding this guesthouse is pretty beautiful, quiet and anyone can access the river very easily! The big parking area was very useful for us and the gardens of the guesthouse give a cozy look to it. A true Value For Money choise for accommodation!

The hosts at the property do not speak English so it is a bit of a problem to communicate.

A very quite and private place. Located very close go Dimitsina but outside the village and the river is just outside your room. The rooms are nice with space. The hosts are very lovely.

The place is lovely! It was great to get to a place where the feeling is that someone really cares. It's not just a business, it's a place that is important to its owner to be clean and tidy. A place with a personal touch. Every morning we met the owner and he politely and with great care asked if everything was okay and asked how we were. The location of the place is excellent, two minutes drive from Dimitsana village. The advantage is that there is no parking problem. At first, we didn't know if we should sleep inside the village or at the Andrea Sophie Guest House, in the end we decided (a wise decision) to give up the touristic village where almost all the houses are hotels/guesthouses and we got a place full of peace and quiet. We have no doubt that we would love to come back and visit this guest house.
