Some parts of the bathroom were unfinished. Though it wasn’t a big problem for us, the drains weren’t covered/sealed leaving deep open holes in both the shower and near the sink & toilet… could have definitely caused an injury if we were not careful. Unfortunately, there was a bar and restaurant advertised that is no longer open or maybe even existing? We weren’t sure… it was a bit confusing. This lead to us finding out that the only spot for food in the area was a 10min walk to a big (very beautiful & worthwhile) restaurant. For young women without cars in the area, this was the safest place as it was quickest to get to. There were no grocery stores or little shops for food etc. in this area. Not to get to by foot anyway. Also only taxis as transport from Korissia (port) to here… bit expensive but a beautiful drive. I’m sure we could have learned more about the area and facilities with more days but maybe next time!

Location was visually stunning and the area was incredibly peaceful. Felt very high-end but with a good price. The property itself was as beautiful as it’s surrounds. The staff were very kind and always helpful. Thoughtful little toiletries and a beautiful big breakfast daily. These things really showed how they go the extra mile for their guests.

The fact that the 'private balcony' was not private and the room was pretty dark, bi window in the bathroom and shower was bloken.

Without car is quite expensive to go around About 40 euro taxi.

The main drawback was coming at the end of the season. In any case there was only one restaurant within walking distance and even that closed after 3 nights. The room itself was reasonable but the lavatory seat was broken - as was the shower fittings.....

The breakfast was fine and the staff were very kind and let us take some food for lunch - due to the lack of any shops nearby. In fact the staff were exceptional in the way they would bring us treats to our room! There were plenty of beaches and hikes in the area and it was a good stay.

The room's private pool was not that clean and there's not much privacy since around 10 meters in front there are other room doors. Furthermore, the main pool is smaller than the one at the photos. There's definitely room for improvement when it comes to breakfast (i.e. more rich)

The staff and their willingness to help at all times with a smile is the strongest asset of this hotel. Overall, the place is quite.

After some years, the hotel could benefit from some maintenance.

The staff is cheerful and friendly, and we particularly loved Kiki and Irene (a pity that Kiki had to leave in the middle of our stay, as she managed the breakfast superbly).

The staff is just super kind and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and we loved the design. The private balcony pools and the private beach make the experience even more comfortable and gives many opportunities. Also the restaurant convinces with good food, a great atmosphere and fair prices. Totally recommended!

The facilities are in need of some renovation in order to maintain a high standard. Cleaning and breakfast were sufficient but not excellent.

It is supposed to be a boutique hotel, but it is more like a "wanna be" boutique. For example, the jacuzzi in the balcony gives it ai air of boutique but there is no privacy as other balconies are adjacent, while the jacuzzi anyway did not work. Breakfast was very standardised, nothing special, like a large hotel where quantity prevails over quality. The breakfast room had glass windows all around that did not open, with air conditioning on, like in a big hotel, when the location is prefect to have the sea breeze coming in.

The food needs improving. Would be good to have some Greek beer on the menu. The furnishings can be improved.

The property has such strong potential- big rooms, lovely staff excellent beach. But the restaurant really really let’s the hotel down- as well as the slightly outdated and random decor of the bedrooms.

The place was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are beautiful. The hotel manager and her team were very kind and helpful, they take really good care of you. Wish we could have stayed longer. Really worth it.

End of summer season, so it had rainy weather. The breakfast room ceiling was leaking massively.

We didn't really understand what exactly is "boutique" about this hotel. The room was not cozy. There was some kind of generator next to the bathroom window that made so much noise that we couldn't leave the window open. We heard people from another apartment. For example, when they turned on the jacuzzi. There were some lights on all night (from the hallway/from jacuzzi/ from emergency exit sign in the room) so we couldn't sleep. But with earplugs and a sleeping mask, we managed somehow. You can see that the management has tried to save money on everything, but it still tries to look like luxury accommodation, but it is not.

Breakfast was disappointing and would be better to order as it all looked dried up. The breakfast room was so hot it was hard to enjoy breakfast. We picked the hotel with plunge pool which was filthy also main pool dirty with a towel at the bottom off pool. Shower was freezing cold

Nothing close to 4 stars. Private pool sized 1*1 meters full of dirt and smells like chlorine. Room equipped with low quality material fixtures, rusty and dirty. Had to call reception get rid of ants and free clogged sink. Property in a run down state priced as a 5 star hotel.

Photos presented in booking are totally different to the actual room that the hotel finally gives you. The room was very (very) dirty and especially the bathroom. Cannot say something about the arachnids cause i understand that hotel is in the nature but when seeing spider webs next to bathroom mirror it is obvious that rooms are NOT been cleaned. When paying 285€ for a night at a “Superior Room Side Sea View” you at least expect to sleep in a clean bed/room.

Only positive was the helpful staf.
