The apartment was a couple of minutes from the port. The host was absolutely amazing in communicating with us beforehand, meeting us off the ferry and providing a safe storage of our luggage on the last day. He provided treats throughout the trip and advice on where to visit.

Yiannis is the nicest and friendliest host you will ever meet. He is always cheerful and happy. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking the bay. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of hiking/swimming/sightseeing. Located right across the street from the beach.

Excellent location, within a minute you have nice restaurants, a supermarket and the port. Nice views from the terrace, private jacuzzi after a long day at the beach is the best. And the super friendly host that makes you feel like you’re hosted by family. Yannis is there for you whatever you need and with a big smile!

Great location for restaurants and the lovely beach. Super suites, had an opportunity to see 3 of the 4. Hotel standard daily cleaning and change of towels, provision of extras. This is simply an exceptional host-meets and greats at the post transports you to the suites and delivers you back in time for your ferry on departure and is on hand/call for any issue no matter how small or unusual. We had occasion to have to draw on Yiannis help - over and above the call of duty. We travelled as a recuperation for my husband but he had a relapse and Yiannis went way way out of his way to assist us, and moved us to another suite to better assist his handicap. Then further on our last day, in the middle of this 2024 early June exceptional heat surge in Greece that we could stay way past checkout time - despite a fully booked situation - in an air conditioned environment until the ferry was due was exceptional. My husband could simply not have managed waiting 5 hours elsewhere under these heat conditions. Forever grateful, Greek hospitality at its very best.

Giannis was the most accommodating host - my friend and I were picked up at the port (despite such an early arrival @6:50am!!). He made sure that we were comfortable during our stay and all our questions were answered. Giannis shared information about the island when we arrived which helped familiarise ourselves with where we were staying. We were provided with a delicious welcome cake and a generous discount at his shop in the main village (Chora). The jacuzzi is a bonus ;) I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone and am seriously considering coming back to Folegandros. Thank you for your hospitality Giannis, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Step from the bedroom area down, can be tricky at night or if you have drunk too much!

Small yes, but perfectly formed. Good view from the little terrace, cleaned each day, good value for money, right by the little beach. Host was very helpful and even took me for a drive around the island, dropping me off and picking me up later.

Good location close to the port, picked up by the host from the port when we arrived. Very clean appartment including everything we needed, also the hottub is amazing!! Had a lovely stay.

The host was really nice and welcoming. He offered to pick me up at the port and drove me around the island to show me around when he had some free time. The accomodation has everything I needed and above my expectations. There’s an outdoor bathtub, clothing racks, kettle, a small kitchen area. My room is overlooking the bay so it’s really nice Location is perfect for me to walk a couple minutes to the beach. A few minutes to the bus stop, a mini market and a really nice response around the corner. It was a perfect stay

Loved everything

Yannis met us at the port and gave us a lovely tour of the island. He was extremely helpful and thoughtful and set the whole tone for our time on his island. The room was amazing and ultra modern. The location was perfect. We were right at the port but also right at the bus stop. We went up into the main part of the island for sunset both days and were able to walk the two miles back down to our place. We loved the people and everything about the island. Thank you so much Yannis.

Nothing. It was perfect for our needs.

The owner Yiannis is amazing. He picked us up when our ferry arrived, and drove us to Chora several times, as well as to trailheads for hiking. The room is comfortable and very clean and the jacuzzi was amazing after long days spent hiking the rugged trails of the island. We ended up staying an additional day when our ferry was canceled and Yiannis was super accommodating. The suite is very close to the port and a couple of restaurants. Car rental is close by, but we walked most of the island and took the bus to/from Chora a few times. Such a lovely island and Yiannis helped make the stay truly memorable!

Nothing to complain about. Amazing rooms.

I stayed here for just two nights, but I can imagine staying longer next time. Great room, great service, I felt safe and comfortable. Giannis was such a kind host, I was surprised about the level of his hospitality. He gave me a lift from Chora in the evening, when the Bus was not driving anymore, he brought some sweets for me and he was very helpful and kind person. If you are staying in Karavastasis, make sure you book AMO.

Our 2 night stay was Fantastic! Yannis met us at the ferry ( even though it was an easy 5 min walk ) and the apartment was great! Everything you need for a pleasant stay, even bottled water in the fridge and beach umbrella and towels. The location was right in the port area and short walk to beach and restaurants. Yannis even helped us out with some laundry which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have been better.

Stunning apartment and view. Even better than the pictures made it look. We stayed in apartment 4 and loved sitting on the balcony looking over the sea. Inside was spotless and filled with details which made it feel unique and really well thought through. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. Folegandros itself is stunning and the highlight of our island hopping holiday. Our favourite beach is about a 90 second walk from the apartment! Chora (the main town on the island) is a short (5min) bus journey away. The port is very close, making it easy for arriving and departing the island - made even easier with the help of the owner, Yiannis. What really set this stay apart from others, though, was Yiannis. He is the most kind, friendly and generous host. He truly couldn't do enough for us and has a few surprises up his sleeve! He clearly loves having people come and stay and making sure that they get the most from their trip. We 💜 Yiannis!!!! We will definitely be back 🙂

Where do I start. The room was compact but it had everything. Walked through the door the bed was on the.left on a raised level there was.a table/chairs units fridge plenty of wardrobe/drawer space and the bathroom was amazing with.a view to die for. This was bettered by.the view from the balcony and the jacuzzi.which blew us away. The host Yiannis took customer service to.5 star plus level and nothing was too.much trouble His wife.Dina worked all day in their shop in Chora and we would travel with him every night to eat. He even took us on a drive around the island and we followed his recommendations to the letter.

A MUST! We will definitely pick AMO as our hotel next time we visit the island !The host, giannis was super helpful, and helped us a lot with our transportation from the port to the hotel . The room was thoroughly cleaned daily , it was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was a big + ! If you can afford it, then you should definitely reserve a room !

Everything was great!

We absolutely loved our few days at Amo Suites ! Yiannis is a wonderful host, very gentle, generous, available for all your needs, we couldn't have dreamed of a best host (thanks again for the local honey and pies lovely discovery). The room is very confortable, well located with a beautiful view on the port, and super well equipped with all the useful services (tea/coffee machine, Iron, etc.). The jacuzzi is the cherry on the top of this amazing trip!

Spacious, clean and tidy. Yiannis was a fantastic host- taking us around the island and giving us lifts when necessary. Lovely homely apartment. Nice location in the port area and bus stop to take you into town.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

The host/ owner was absolutely amazing. He picked us up from the port, brought us a snack as a kind gesture, gave us a tour of the island, stored our bags past check out time and dropped them off at the port for us when it was time to board the ferry. We could not have had a better experience!

The amenities and utilities were outdated and in need of a refresh for the price paid (over €200 a night). Very old towels and limited/old kitchen équipement. The bathroom was not convenient with the shower over the toilet and the door blocking the sink making it complicated to use.

Great location just at the port of Folegandros. Lovely host Yannis, truly kind and willing to help. Appreciated the sweats and food he gave us. Also he came to pick us up at the ferry which was very convenient with two large suitcases. Cleaning man was also very kind and flexible with our schedule.

Yiannis was the perfect host from the moment he met us at the port. Communication was perfect. The accommodation was amazing. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Small fully equipped kitchen but big enough to move around. Jacuzzi was lovely to relax in. Great to unwind at night and watch the day change to night. TV in room had Netflix and was an added bonus. So close to port, bus, restaurants and beaches. We caught the bus to Chora and bumped into Yiannis who then offered us a tour of the island and a lift back to our accommodation. Yiannis brought us fresh pastries and a beautiful birthday cake with candles for my special birthday. A true gentleman who made us feel like family and our stay the best. Thank you Yiannis 😊
