We had a nice night after our flight to Thessaloniki airport. The hotel is close to the airport. It is a quiete location, beautifull located at the sea. There are nice restaurants close to the hotel. We had a very good breakfast in the morning.

The most admirable thing as for Ammos Hotel is a heartwarming atmosphere that is created by the personnel of the hotel and especially Mrs Maria. Also the location is perfect. We enjoyed amazing views of the sea from our balcony.

The double bed had a wooden part in the middle. It was more like 2 singles.

It is close to the airport. We chose it for convenience. There are many restaurants a short walk away and the beach, while not spectacular by Greek standards, is right outside. The room was incredibly clean. Staff were very friendly.

Bathroom door is a glass panel, no privacy when using the toilet, plus it doesn't block any noise from the bathroom. Also, the walls between the rooms are quite thin and you can hear your neighbors, but only sometimes. The balconies of the side sea view rooms are very small, barely enough for two people, but it was a very minor inconvenience. !!! NOT RELATED TO HOTEL, BUT LOCATION: Public transport is a mess in the area. Bus timetables are not respected, you must have coins in order to purchase tickets inside the buses and the ticket machines do not give change. Also the bus drivers will often NOT stop in designated bus stations unless you press the "STOP" buttons in the bus with enough time to spare until your stop.

Staff was extremely friendly, everything was clean. The food they make is very tasty and good value for money. Location is great; The bar staff takes your order for drinks and food right on the beach, which is in front of the hotel, and brings everything to you. During an entire day of being on the beach, two people can get food and drinks for about €50-60. Also there is no price for the chaise longue but there is a minimum amount you have to spend in order to spend the day at the beach, around €10 per person, which you would otherwise spend on food and drinks anyway. In the room there is a stovetop with overhead smoke evacuation, and pottery + cutlery and it is clean. Cooking and eating in is a great alternative to going out for every meal.

Location is fantastic! Rooms are very clean, our room has a beautiful view. Beach is few meters away. Service is excellent, and Maria is so friendly and welcoming and supportive! It was the most wonderful hotel I had the opportunity to stay in. Ms. Maria told us at the beginning to feel like family here, and indeed we felt that way throughout the trip. Ms. Maria did everything to make our trip the best it could be. The hotel has free sun loungers on the beach. The service at the hotel's beach bar was also amazing and the prices were very good. We felt great here, a wonderful place to relax on the beach and at the same time you can also visit some beautiful places like Thessaloniki or Mount Olympus. We highly recommend it.

There are no such things that did not like.

We liked the fact that the hotel have its own beach with sun loungers right in front of the hotel and all that was left was to move over the street. I liked that you can stay with a dog in the hotel. Very good breakfast. And especially many thanks to owner of the hotel Maria. Maria is very great and took care of every guest of her hotel. Thank you very much and we will definitely will come again.

Just one small point - it would have been good to be able to have breakfast at the hotel. We understand that the hotel will provide a breakfast service when the main holiday season starts.

The hotel room was very clean with a pleasant balcony and a good sea view. All the facilities functioned well. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It was exactly what we needed for a one night stop before our flight back to the UK. Very good value.

The bathroom is a bit tiny. However, you have everything you need in there and everything else is great!

I felt like home! Maria is so warm and welcoming, she waited for me with a smile, although I arrived very late around 11 pm. She is always making sure guests are happy and have everything we need, I have never felt so taken care of in any other hotel. The place is right on the beach, the sunrise and sunset are incredible to watch! Very clean and the kitchen in the room has everything you need. 100% recommend this place!
